Beautiful large 4 1/2 completely renovated. Ground floor located at Lake Kénogami less than 300 meters from the lake and 10 minutes from Jonquière. Direct access to snowmobile trails in the winter. Water sports paradise in summer. Very large wooded grounds, walking trails or snowshoes on private grounds in the back, lots of lawn and wooded. Fully furnished and fully equipped. Patio door and balcony with BBQ. Outdoor space for fires and concrete thuile space with picnic table. No smoking!

Very pleasant and up-to-date apartment.

Simplify your life by staying in this quiet and well-located accommodation. Superb accommodation three and a half very clean and close to all services. Located at the basement of the family residence and very well lit with large windows. We are a couple with an eleven-year-old boy and you will be very well during your stay with us. Everything is there by air conditioning but the basement is just good for the temperature it gives off. You can store your bikes in the shelter. Thank you!
