My family of six was extremely pleased with our stay at Dean’s property. He was incredibly responsive and helpful when I was having trouble making the reservation. The home was exactly as described. Very clean. Plenty of linens and towels. My kids loved the game room. Would definitely stay here again.

Frank went above and beyond to communicate check-in instructions, rules of the Air BnB, had all the thoughtful amenities for a slumbo! Definitely an ideal location for nicer weather with the location! Unfortunately the weather hindered the ability to fully enjoy this experience with the water so close! Would book again with better weather!!!

A nice little apartment close to the beach! I liked the fire pit and the grill especially. The beds were very soft and had a lot of warm blankets. The TV has a lot of wifi capability. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The neighborhood is calm and the sea breeze is nice, even if it's chilly out. Fencing around the property gives a lot of privacy in the back yard, and there are chairs out there if the weather permits chilling outside.

the pictures dont do justice. this cozy quiet get away has a beautiful view to enjoy waking uo to or sitting at the window bench to read a book. to the cozy patio that has a small yard that leads to the beach which let me tell you was a beautiful view. we come up to Salem regularly and I think we found our new regular spot

Traveled to Swampscott, from DC, with my kids, for a visit with family. Decided to try the AirBnB route, as opposed to one of the hotels we normally would stay at in Salem. So much more space, for only a little more money. Much better location near the ocean, kept very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would return next time we visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Regina’s place. It was very comfortable, well appointed, and the views of the water are gorgeous. We hope to stay again the next time we are in the area.

Great weekend in Marblehead! Locals are super friendly and make you feel welcome and almost at home :) The location is more than perfect! Beds and sofa are very comfy and kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace and second tv in one of the bedroom were a plus. Hosts were very helpful and go the extra mile to make sure everything is ok. Due to our busy schedule we didn’t get the chance to meet with them but we will definitely be back!! Thank you !! This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.
