Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Allegheny River

This place was even bigger than we thought! It was perfect for our weekend ski trip! This house is so nice. We will definitely be staying here again

This space is even more beautiful than the pictures! I had my two teenagers and their friends with me for a ski trip. The back way was about 8 minutes to Holiday Valley. The space was warm and comfortable despite frigid temperatures outside. We couldn’t have asked for a better respite after a full day of being outside!

This was our 3rd time staying at the cabin and we would never want to stay anywhere else when visiting Belleville. We will most certainly be back. The home is beautiful, quaint and the perfect getaway for my best friend and I to meet in between VA and NY. We love the area. Lots of wineries close by, restaurants in the small town and also not far from State College and all that there is to do there. I would highly recommend staying at Allyson's place to anyone who asked.

Dont let the exterior fool you!!! When we pulled up, to be perfectly honest we were worried we were going to upset. But the interior was nothing at all like the exterior. Everything was clean, new, modern and very well put together. Host put a lot of work into making this home so relaxing. Tons of room for bigger groups. It was worth the money and we would stay there again. Only negatives I could say is that there was a few areas with cold drafts and the need to bring your own source of video to use the projector is something they could fix and make better for the guests. Providing a projector with wifi and built in streaming channels would make everything so much more enjoyable.

Visiting Mary’s while the lake was frozen over was neat! We were able to see fishermen and their huts out in the middle of the lake. Mary even provided binoculars so that we could look out across. The windows out the back window facing the lake were perfect for viewing. There’s even an upstairs room with a deck and a view as well! We also took full advantage of the fireplace. It made our visit super cozy which was exactly what we were hoping for! We’re definitely keeping this place in mind for another trip - we’d come back in winter and also for summer to use the deck and other amenities available outside!

The place was very clean and you felt like at home. Perfect for a Penn State football weekend with friends. The use of the fireplace was awesome- we loved it. The location is very nice - just a very short distance to campus in a quiet nice neighborhood. Everything was exactly how she described and she was very responsive. Definitely recommend it and will try to come back again !

The lake house is just as described in the listing. Alyssa and Jeff were very responsive. We had a great time!

My family loves the place. It was super close to the ski resort and close to where the rest of our family and their lodging. It was super clean, and private. They even plowed the snow to help us get out. We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in or around 7 springs or hidden valley ski resorts!

Wowza ! One of the nicest most relaxing places we ever stayed ...swanky ❤️ It was perfect, detailed, fresh air , impeccable decor. The 3 seat couch perfect to stretch out and read . Sheets/bedding/decor high end ...so many details met to make it a perfect stay ! Thank-You Karen !

Ralph and Lorraine’s place is wonderful! He provides lots of great local recommendations and the apartment itself is spacious and wonderful. There’s even a lovely fireplace for chilly evenings.

My son and I had a wonderful stay while visiting family and friends over the holidays in my hometown. The place was comfortable, exquisitely clean (like my mom’s version of clean). There were many special little touches, like extra water and soda in the fridge, a basket of snacks, and coffee pods for the Kuerig. Ruth was also very kind and responsive, any time we had a question. Would definitely stay again!

We came to State College for stayed for parents’ weekend and took the opportunity to meet with family living in New England. Samantha’s place worked perfectly for us. It has plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everybody, the location is quiet but close to Penn State and the place is wonderful. Grandma especially appreciated the farmhouse style of the house.

Our stay at Pine Valley Lodge was a wonderful experience for our family over the holiday weekend. The property is picturesque and the outdoor space was large and well appointed. The guest house was a great option for our daughter and family (Including her 2 year old) while the main house included everything we needed. It was the little details that made the stay. This included an owner who treated us like family, high quality towels, comfortable beds, fire wood for the fireplace/fire pit, heated floors and a much enjoyed hot tub. The owner made time to assure we had a wonderful family weekend! We look forward to staying again at Pine Valley Lodge.

This was our second time as this AirBnb and once again, the place was absolutely amazing! Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made our stay so comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to book again—highly recommend! Just one thing to add- for anyone on a wheelchair or any mobility issues, this airbnb will absolutely work for you!

This is the second historic mansion air bnb I've stayed in and it lived up to all my expectations. I was even given a tour of the house and shown all the work done to it as well as some of the history of the place. Its like something out of a movie and Debbie is very friendly and sociable if you are so inclined. It's easy to store food and cook here as well and the multiple washing machines are very convenient. Mill creek park is also very pretty if you like to get outside.

Satish was a wonderful host. The place was in a great location with easy access.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at Aranar more!! The space is absolutely beautiful and so, so luxurious. It exceeded our expectations in just about every way. The villa is beautifully appointed and full of thoughtful, well designed features. The sauna/hot tub/steam room/ massage bed were great. They were clean, easy to use and well marked with QR codes for instructions if you needed them. The view looking out the villa is stunning in every direction. The location is also really great - a super quick drive to downtown and Holiday Valley if you plan to go there. We enjoyed relaxing at the villa so much we ended up cancelling our plans to ski! Lastly, Jacob was a very responsive and generous host. We requested a last minute early check in when our travel plans changed, and he was readily available and accommodating of our request. There was also an error in our booking from an issue with the AirBnB platform, and he was very fair and generous in resolving it. Highly recommend booking!

We had stayed at another unit in the same complex for two years prior to this visit so we were familiar with the units and the area. We have been attending the 4th of July musical events weekends for more than 10 years. This unit worked well for the 9 of us and met all our expectations. We have visions of renting this unit again in the future.
