Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Aliso Viejo

The house was perfect. Exactly what was pictured online. It was in a great location and very clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

This cozy little accommodation is all about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It is 20 min (give or take with traffic) to Disneyland and about the same to the beach. It was super easy to find and not far from two major highways. The outside of the home is adorable with white picket fence and blooming tree in the front yard. Many dining options within walking distance, or a short drive away. Hot tub was a major bonus at this find, and plenty of towels available. Kitchen was spotless with well working and clean appliances, though a dish drying rack would have been nice. Overall, a great little place to stay with a small group or small family wanting a centrally located place between many SoCal attractions.

We had a great stay at Nimitt’s place! Overall it was a 5/5. It was clean, as described and was easy to find. It was a bit far from the central LA locations but was still easy to get around. It has all the amenities you would need. Huge kitchen, laundry, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Suited our needs with our two small children. I would definitely recommend staying here. We are very picky and still were so happy with Nimitts place. Thanks a lot!

Great experience! Carla is a wonderful host -- very responsive and helpful. The house is lovely -- everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Gourmet kitchen and expansive view. Great family time, whether sharing a meal around the large dining table, sitting on the comfy sofas, or relaxing in the spa. Highly recommend!

Loved the location, very beautiful. Had all the amenities and check in was very easy. The parking for 2 vehicles was extremely useful. Will be coming back again. (:

I really enjoyed my stay at the DTLA Zen retreat. It was a perfect place to relax and cook a meal after a long day. The home was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and had the perfect coffee set up. The kitchen window has incredible city views. The home was well designed, great natural light and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were perfect and the bedding was good quality. I really enjoyed the modern shower room with tub. The cedar hot tub was well maintained and a perfect place to watch the sun set on the city skyline. Davi was a great host and excellent communicator. I would recommend his place to others looking for a zen retreat in LA.

Everything was as advertised. The host was flexible with us extending our stay a few times because of the fires which we greatly appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house is even more beautiful in person! It’s large with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. We stayed here with another family and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts are very responsive and give clear instructions. A crib, strollers, and high-chair are also available. The yard is large and the pool is beautiful. We didn’t get a chance to use it, but we are looking forward to on our next stay. It was overall such a wonderful stay and I highly recommend Sheldon and Yan’s Villa!

We had a great time staying here. The villa is lovely and the views from the balcony are the best. This is off season (February) so it was quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. It was so nice to have a golf cart included with the rental to travel to the local grocery store and shopping in Avalon. We cooked all meals at the villa and enjoyed eating on the balcony. I would stay here again! Amber provided lots of information about activities, restaurants, etc. - very helpful. Loved this place!

Everything was very good with Jean, very attentive and easy to get to the location of the house. Inside everything is very tidy and clean, plus what has a lot of space for when they are big groups

Chuchu gave us instructions clearly and the place was clean. She was also kind and responsive. We left a wallet and she helped us find it. Thanks so much!

Lovely stay @ Ray’s place. There was a delay during check in but overall the place was good and our family loved it.

This house was clean, nicely appointed and the backyard was a dream! My kids/grandkids come from cold weather states and loved the pool. It has a beautiful backyard.

Nick was amazing! Very communicative. Very accommodating. The home is gorgeous and comfy. Nick has this home just so inviting and warm. I absolutely love this place!!! The price is definitely right and is worth every penny spent!!! This place is also very kid friendly with a great kid room that my granddaughter absolutely loved!!! The master bedroom is so perfect we loved it. We will 1000% be staying here again the next family vacation to Anaheim 😊🙏🏽 Thank you Nick for a great experience and stay 😊🙏🏽

Hands down the best AirBnb I've ever booked. The house was exactly as advertised, if not better, and perfect for my group's needs. Spotless, every hotel bathroom amenity you'd expect to find, and a friendly/communicative host. If you ever have a large mixed group looking for a reasonably priced AirBnb that's not too far from Long Beach (the event we were in town for took place there), this is the house for you!
