LOVED this gem of a retreat. I mean how can you not love a sauna, kayak, hot tub, fire pit, and a spacious cabin that overlooks port moody. I wish I could stay for a month! And so cool, you take a boat to get to the cabin. I’ve been telling everyone at my work about this place!

Jane and Steve are fantastic people. They are so nice with all the pre-stay go thru with you and all the advices to go nearby. Their house is a wonderful place! Highly recommend anyone who wants a wonderful weekend, loves little furrys, love nature, loves hot hub to stay with them. My girlfriend and I already decide to come again. It is so peaceful and relaxing to stay away from cities, looking into the dark sky and enjoy the so beautiful and peaceful night outside in the hot tub.

This place exceeded our expectations. Not only was it exactly as pictured and described on their website, but the extra amenities (toothbrushes, toothpastes), snacks, water, drinks, and even frozen pizza were such unexpected and yet truly appreciated touches! Construction was going on next door during our stay but the noise was not too disruptive. The view was unbeatable. We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful weekend stay at this charming cabin in Point Roberts. The cabin itself is very cute with modern, stylish decor that made it feel cozy and welcoming. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The internet worked perfectly, which was a great plus, but the real highlights were the outdoor amenities. I absolutely loved the hot tub – it was perfect for both peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings. The outdoor fireplace and seating area added such a beautiful and thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a peaceful, relaxing getaway and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house is perfect for a weekend getaway. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. We took full advantage of the wood burning hot tub. The location was beautiful and it was a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Garth and Jennifer were very proactive in messaging us and helping with the hot tub when we needed it. They were flexible with check in and check out times which was super helpful with our ferry times. Overall it was a great weekend.

The perfect place to go for us and an incredible host. The property has everything you need and then some! Lovena, the host, is an amazing chef too!

Everything about our stay at Cedar &Sea cottage was outstanding. From the moment we arrived and saw how it was nestled behind stately cedars, on a thoughtfully landscaped property complete with a sparkling stream and a rustic footbridge. Up top in the living space it felt like we were in a luxury treehouse with an expansive deck. Everything was pristine clean. Beds were very comfortable with beautiful linens. Short walk to the Roberts Creek seashore with stunning views of the Georgia Strait. This is definitely the place to stay if you want to explore the Sunshine Coast boasting spectacular natural vistas, superb hiking, and breathtaking beaches. Thank you Kate and Douglas for a lovely stay.

It is a perfect place to have peaceful moments and relax. Wanda is a nice hostess with a very good energy. We had an amazing time there.

We absolutely loved staying at the farm! Lisa is very welcoming and the animals are irresistible. The yurt was charming and peaceful and the amenities were perfect for our stay. We loved visiting with the donkeys (Stanley & Ollie), goats, and cows (Evangeline & Lulu) while strolling through the farm, take in the fresh air, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It was as perfect a getaway as we could have hope for. Thank you!

Perfect cozy place. Brad shared the check-in instructions and address which were super helpful to locate the stay. If you are planning to drive at night then make sure to download offline maps and instructions. The washrooms well maintained. Note: this is not for people who are looking for spacious room. It can fit two suitcases and place to walk.

Cedar’s Shadow Cottage is one of the most peaceful and charming places I’ve stayed in BC. Just a two and a half hour drive from Vancouver, it’s a cozy escape surrounded by nature. The cottage was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. Douglas warmly welcomed us on arrival and gave us a quick tour, making us feel instantly comfortable. We spent the evening by the campfire, soaking in the quiet and starry night—it was such a calming, memorable experience. Thank you, Douglas and Donna, for sharing your lovely space. I’d come back in a heartbeat :)

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Alderwood Farm, and it was everything we were hoping for! The cottage is super cozy and comfortable, and the animals around the farm are very sweet. Jules was a very kind host, and her shop is packed with delicious food! Try the lasagna, shrimp pasta, and definitely the pays and tiramisu! We would love to come back anytime!

The cabin’s layout was thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and views of nature. The place was very clean and welcoming. It was the ideal place to disconnect and truly take in the serene surroundings. The outdoor sauna was a highlight – it was phenomenal, offering a relaxing experience with stunning views of the river. Overall, it was peaceful and rejuvenating for my partner and I, and we recommend it for anyone looking to escape and enjoy some peace and quiet.

This was a cozy and quiet place to stay. The pictures don't do it justice as it is much cuter in person.

We stayed at Gary and Sheila's beautiful cottage for our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint. Very friendly, helpful hosts, who gave us a hand to find the place in the fog, but also provided us with complete privacy once we checked in. The cottage was very clean, and the view cannot truly be captured in a photograph. Simply magical. Thank you Gary and Sheila for a memorable stay.

The place is nice for ski trip. We prefer the home feeling to a hotel stay. The location is also nice as it’s on the north side of Whistler hence way less traffic. The town has a grocery stone to get everything we need. It made a wonderful weekend vacation memory.

Lynette’s place is clean, well equipped, and located right by the water. The suite had everything we needed for our short getaway. It was tidy and comfortable. It was kind of amazing to be so close to the ocean and listen to the waves at night and in the morning. But also great to have a gas fireplace (and heating) to keep us warm!

This is a gorgeous spot! We enjoyed the spectacular view and the comfortable home. Watching sea lions from the house was icing on the cake!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! It was thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and had stunning views of the water and mountains. We loved spending time by the fire pit and falling asleep to the sound of rain. The outdoor shower was a unique and refreshing touch. The cabin's location is perfect - private, quiet, and peaceful. It was a very relaxing stay. Coralie and Ben were fantastic hosts—very accommodating and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nature getaway!

I cannot say enough good things about this location and the hosts! Three generations of us stayed the weekend here and we all three loved it and would all come back. We enjoyed the cabin, the views, the hosts, the community...EVERYTHING.

We absolutely loved our stay! The whole weekend we were in awe. The house is unbelievable and so beautiful. It’s set in a very quiet area and the only thing we could hear was the stream from below which was magical. The sauna is so lovely and we enjoyed all the little touches around the house. It was very clean and so well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The patio and garden were lovely. We can’t wait to come back and would absolutely recommend this beautiful place to anyone!
