Wonderful views and comfortable apartment with large terrace with glass panels you can open up on warmer days and close on windy and cooler days. The level of this apartment is on the same level where you park your car, so easy access. Be aware not all closet spaces in the master suite are available to you nor in the kitchen and living room (locked off by owner). There is a washer and dryer which is great since not all apartments to have dryers. We needed some espresso cup that fitted under the nespresso maker and were delivered in no time. Excellent response from the owner in case of questions. I do recommend this nicely decorated apartment.

We had a great time at Marianna’s place. The apartment is so nice, with all the necessary for a long stay. Beautiful views from the terrace. The common areas are well equipped. Nice swimming pool just outside the apartment. Nice environment with community of international neighbors. My kids enjoyed a lot the place and also my husband and me. Definitely we will come back.

The apartment is great, clean and clean. The location is perfect. A quiet place and easily accessible. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby and a few kilometers from Marbella by car or public transport. I have already repeated in this same apartment and will most likely do it again.

The apartment is exactly as described - everything new and super clean. The bed is very comfortable. You feel very comfortable right away. 5 minutes walking to the beautiful beach. The only small downside: during our rental period there is only sun on the balcony from noon. Our contact Andrea was simply TOP - always available, very helpful and provided us with good suggestions in the area. A really great service - thank you very much 😀

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The space was clean, well-equipped, and had all the essentials. The location was also great, making it easy to explore the area. The host was outstanding—very polite, responsive, and quick to fix any small issues that came up. This was a fantastic location in the heart of Marbella. Right on the ocean and promenade and short walk into Marbella. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The unit is dated and ready for a refresh but value and location is excellent.

Beautiful and big house, perfect for a family! There is really everything you need (Also for kids there are board games, a PS4, lots of games in general). Also cool that there is a tennis court and rackets to use (also there is a tennis club with some nice courts and paddle courts as well just 5min walk away). The kitchen has everything you need to cock at home. Only downside is the access to the beach. Either you walk 20mins or drive by car to a nearby beach, but must parts of the beaches are privat or either rocky, I would recommend driving to Estepona (20mins) or Tarifa (50mins) for nice beach days. Nonetheless we enjoyed the pool! One small remark, be careful when showering long or on the „highest water flow“, as the showers can quickly spill out to the bathroom floors. Overall I can recommend staying at Ewouts house and would definitely come again. Friendly host, maintained and equipped house with pool!

The apartment looked just like the photos. It was well-equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect for us. It’s a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. The complex is well cared for with a lovely although freezing cold pool! It’s ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. We loved our stay.

Loved out stay. The flat had lots of space and a beautiful view. Walking distance from the beaches and the Old Town, small playground across the street. Very easy communication with the host. Would stay again!

Fantastic accommodation with friendly and helpful reception staff. I highly recommend this location which is set in very scenic gardens. A few glasses of wine were enjoyed on the balcony most nights. We were all very impressed!!

Outside the high season please check if things are open, I bought this vacation as a gift for a friend but ultimately we where destined to stay in the appartement. The apartment was great! P.s. take a usb-a with music so you can put it on the sound system.

Great location, within easy walk of all places of interest, restaurants, beach, old town and marina. Beautiful modern apartment, tastefully decorated. Fabulous rooftop pool with jacuzzi.
