Charming and original house, restored as new, well lit ,in a quiet area just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the amenities of the center of the village of Las Negras, terrace with ocean views, cozy garden protected from the wind, spacious living room, outdoor washing machine, comfortable parking. House with all the comfort: air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, wifi, coffee maker, equipped kitchen, sheets and towels...everything is new (mattresses, sofa bed, kitchen, shower, bathroom, washing machine)

Lovely village house with terrace and sea views

Enjoy your stay in this pretty, centrally located village house in Bedar village, only a short walk to all amenities, tapas bars, art centre, bakery etc etc. The bright , quirky house is all on one level with steps to an outside terrace with fabulous sea views. There are two double bedrooms , one with a Juliet balcony. The kitchen is modern & newly fitted and the living room also has a dining area. Also parking is not a problem with a parking space for this house only!. A fabulous property.

Situated in the Paraje Natural Karst de Yeso, (Nature Reserve), of Los Molinos del Rio Aguas, Sorbas. La Casita contains the basic solar power requirements on a low energy consumption. Only digital devices are welcome. Private parking, kitchenette , wifi, hand made soap, log burner, smoking area/patio. I have implemented the cleaning recomodations by Airbnb, dew to corvit virus.

Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Heurcal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.
