Great place to stay after a concert at the 9:30 Club! It was walkable and parking was pretty easy to find.

The place was exactly as pictured & was perfect for my stay. The host was very helpful and responsive leading up to my booking and throughout as well. Would definitely recommend !

We had a wonderful time at Katherine's and Shelby's place! The neighborhood is a nice calm residential area with some easy food options nearby. Having a car is ideal but we used the bus (which drops you off very close to the house) to get to and from the metro and didn't have any issues. The house is spacious and had all of our kitchen needs. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very beautiful and comfortable apartment. Close to downtown and The Mall. Good bus connection just around the corner. Nearby is not really an opportunity to eat out. Couldn't find a supermarket either. After sunset, the neighborhood is a bit grim. With two teenagers with us, we don't feel so safe. But otherwise the apartment was super. The manager was also very friendly and we were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment later. For our children there was an inflatable bed.

We enjoyed staying at Jeffery’s house. It wasn’t anything extravagant but did the job. Jeffery offered lots of recommendations and we even went to one of his restaurant recommendations twice because it was so good. Downside was that the thermostat for the heater is not in the unit so I had to text Jeffery when we needed it adjusted but he was very quick to reply and get it adjusted. One of the beds had what looked to be dog hair on it and that would be my only complaint.

As a returning guest, I always enjoy my stay here. Thank you again Angel for allowing me into your home! See you next time!

Very cozy and welcoming! Location is great for someone new to DC. We got snowed in for our stay and the host was very attentive to our needs. They even made sure we were warm enough for our stay. I would love to visit this place again.

Host was friendly, reached out when there was a public concern in apartment complex, place was as described, tv was huge, felt like being at the movies!

Shakeel was a great host The house was perfect for our multi-generational family weekend-4full bathrooms a plus!!. Even the dogs had a fun time The game room was a great place to hang out. Lots of room around the dining room table Appliances were plentiful and gave lots of options. Backyard was beautiful, and we enjoyed both the gas and wood fire pits

This place was cozy, clean, spacious and lots of windows. I especially loved the sky lights. The Metro was literally a walk around the corner. Nita was very informative about the weather, places visit and responded to all my messages promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

Grace was very polite and considerate. My family felt comfortable in area, and it was close to the Metro. The house was large, well equipped, and nicely decorated; with TV in each room.

William was a great host and super friendly! He was very welcoming. The house is in a great area with lots to do around. Big back yard for my dog to play in while we were there! I would recommend.

My wife and I had a great time visiting Northern Virginia. Emanuel is an exceptional host who made sure our stay was pleasant and safe. We will gladly come back if we return to the area.

Loved our stay with Jacie, completely private basement suite. There are two futon beds, but they are not the most comfortable. It was okay for us since our third person was able to use the blow up mattress. Keep that in mind in case your party has an extra person who will need to sleep on the futon. Street parking was a surprise for us. We didn’t realize that the DC area has 2-hour limits. Jacie did disclose this beforehand— we just didn’t read that. It was okay since Jacie communicated with us about what most guests do: either repark their car, go out for the day, or risk the ticket. We definitely left it out for 3-5 hours and had no issues. But be aware. There are restaurants and convenience stores within a 5-minute walk. We loved our stay! We did get noise from upstairs, but we like to think it was the host’s kids, so they get a pass:) the host thought of this and included a noise machine along with complimentary chargers for phones. Loved Aviana's bright, chic modern place. It has a lot of character, and is quite tastefully decorated. Close to so many bars, restaurants, and there's a Whole Foods around the corner. Would absolutely stay here again if we're lucky enough to find it available!
