The place is so nice and clean. I woke up feeling like I slept in a hotel. I like how they chose nice furnitures for the place, from the toiletries to the pillows and comforter. Thanks for letting us stay at your place. Will be back soon, for sure!

Great stay! Arrived late & checked out early. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Has a little canteen on site to buy drinks too. 5/5 if you like the quiet & remoteness. About a 40 minute drive to moalboal where there’s restaurants, massage etc... Would stay again! Best Airbnb yet

Place was sparkling clean. Great to enjoy beautiful sunset. Room was neat and they provided us a lot of towels. Good that there is common kitchen that can be shared with other guests. Will be staying again for sure.

I had such a great experience here. The location is great and getting here was not an issue. It’s right off the main road. The restaurant was so convenient and the shared kitchen was also helpful. The view was beautiful and the hosts were so kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Overall, John's place was good value for money. Since I have lived in the same house for about 3 months in 2024 when it was owned by someone else, my expectations were lower, expecting it to be dated. Still, our stay was memorable and fun, celebrating 2025 New Year. The place was reasonably clean. It was fun to play with the Brunswick-brand billiard table and cook our own meals in the kitchen. Best experiences: night swimming in its pristine water at high tide; star gazing at the patio; and the sardine run nearby (10min leisurely walk from the beach house). The caretaker Mario was warm and very helpful. I also must note that the water supply and pressure was quite good, including for the bath shower, something that was quite challenging during my stay 10 years ago in 2014. I would highly recommend the place to you if you are not a fussy guest, expecting hotel-level quality. Do not sweat the small stuff and you can marvel at the unique beauty of its natural environment. the villa was actually even better than on the photos, very beautiful and spacious. great swimming pool and garden. there is staff on site if you need any help.

We book this property having all our 5 grandchildren. Our grandchildren loved the property they were playing outdoor all the time since the house is gated. Our teenage grandchildren visits the Cuartel Ruins every night to try all the different night market street food. My ultimate favorite food must try is Kwek Kwek. We were there during the Halloween so the whole street is covered with flowers, candles, toys and street food vendor so much going on. We come to find out right in front of the property has a ferry that leaves every morning to Panglao Island Bohol. We are planning of going back there to visit Bohol on our next trip. The house has a full kitchen so we can cook anytime we wanted to and there is a Jamaican Restaurant next door, good food and dirt cheap. Shout out to the amazing caretaker that help us anything we needed from needing more towels and toiletries. If you are looking a place that feels like home this is it, there is a Lanai in every door the view isamazing

This place was such a gem. Lisa was incredibly helpful and responsive. It is a short walk to many restaurants and amenities but also feels like it’s secluded, the private beach is incredible. Snorkeling right outside, we saw a turtle on day one! The kayak was a lot of fun as well. Very happy with all of it. If you’re considering booking and concerned about the noise comments- there are roosters all over the area, I cannot imagine anywhere else is much quieter! If you’re a sensitive sleeper though I do suggest ear plugs.

Peaceful and Private, if you are looking for a family get together this is the place. You have the whole house and the place is immaculate. We have the grandchildren with us and they definitely had a blast and our kids are having a great time cooking their favorite dishes to share. The house have the full kitchen comes with everything you needed, there is an outdoor grill to enjoy as well. Grandkids were busy swimming and were thrilled to see the giant turtle swimming with them. Carlos who manage the property was accessible and accommodating, never bothers us and let us enjoy our privacy, but if we needed anything he will be right their in less than a minute. Karaoke is a bonus everybody were having a good time singing while relaxing at night, we love the outdoor kitchen having meals outdoor with an amazing view in the ocean and hearing serene small gentle waves at all times. The place exceeded our expectations, the market is a litte ways so buy your food ahead of time.

This place is scenic, great view of the beach and the island across. The house is super clean with four bedrooms - each with own t/b. Clean sheets and towels are provided. Even the kitchen is fully equipped. The House of Nature is indeed a wonderful place to stay. For me, this place is a SUPERHOST. To Ms Emie, daghang salamat Ma’am..
