Our time at Fernando's place was fantastic. Firstly, he is amazing. Can't do enough to help, such a lovely guy. The house and space is fantastic, you simply can't go wrong. Really not far from the beach and quite a few restaurants a 15-20 minutes walk, and a little local shop 10 minutes walk away. There was 13 of us for a family holiday, and we had an amazing time. Fernando was so helpful - We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood with shops and restaurants close by. The house was clean and exactly as it looks in the pictures, and the outdoor kitchen and pool area were amazing. Geraldine's instructions were excellent and made things very easy for us, and she was proactive in checking our flight time and making sure we could get in a little early, which was much appreciated. Fantastic stay, thank you so much!

Amazing stay at the villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it had everything that we needed! Beautiful villa and surroundings - very private and serene! The pool was amazing! Host was very responsive and flexible with check in/check out. Only slight downside is the bedroom/bathroom situation. There is no main bathroom, one bedroom has an en suite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom (you have to walk through one bedroom and the shared bathroom to get to the other bedroom) - this was fine for us (a family) but would be difficult if there were three couples sharing. Other than this, it was an amazing stay and we would absolutely return and stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Lovely well maintained and clean villa with everything you would need for a relaxing break. Nice pool area with sun loungers and a rooftop terrace with furniture to relax as the sun sets. The pictures and description on the web site were accurate and up to date. The property is on an urbanisation about a 10 minute drive to the town where you will find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. All very small and laid back, just don't expect a big bustling town. There is one bar/restaurant within a 5/10 minute walk of the villa. Bogdan gave very good instructions relating to the property and I had confidence that he would respond immediately should we have had any issues.

Great villa and pool, lots of nice beaches nearby

We had a weekend with friends. The house is fantastic and we will repeat again. I recommend it 100%. The best of the swimming pool and barbecue area. Salva was very kind at all times, giving us recommendations and personally explaining the operation of everything. Flexible in check-in and check out. Thank you very much for everything 😊

Very nice and beautiful house that has everything needed. We were between 3 and 9 people who enjoyed our stay. Large pool!

The treatment was exceptional from start to finish and the house was exactly what we were looking for. They gave us ease both at the entrance and at the exit, leaving us a lot of flexibility (which is very much appreciated). We would repeat without a doubt.

Our stay at Stephane’s far exceeded our expectations, it’s got everything you need, there’s so much space inside and outside of the villa and it’s absolutely stunning. We had 4 young children in our party who all loved their stay. The supermarkets and all amenities, restaurants and beaches are an 8 minute drive away so the location was superb. Despite it being over 30 degrees in Alicante at the time, because of the position of the villa it had a lovely breeze so it never felt too hot. The owners were very responsive with any minor issues that we had, we’d go back again in a heartbeat, thankyou for having us!

Thanks to Andres for her kindness, flexibility, and responsiveness. We had a real crush on the house and we were not disappointed. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. It is in the middle of the mountain with superb sea views located less than 15 minutes drive away. Walks and hikes when leaving the house. We would happily recommend it. 🙂

Silvia was an absolutely phenomenal host! She was so responsive and went above and beyond on any of our queries on the lead up to our stay and during our stay also. The villa was stunning and very clean, exactly as pictured and the pool was bigger than expected. The villa was extremely family friendly (we were a party with kids and babies) and everything was set up as discussed ahead of time (baby cots, highchairs and baby bath). The villa had all the amenities you would need and more! We did 3 BBQ's whilst there. The beautiful Mucha Vista beach is very close about a 10 minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is also about 10 minute walk which had everything we needed though we did get a taxi to a Carrefour once. Silvia also helped us to make reservations at restaurants as our party was quite big! We would 100% recommend this villa and Silvia as our host!

Had a fantastic week long stay at Sarah’s place in Altea La Vella, cannot fault it! We were 2 families with children ranging from 20 months, up to 20 years old and the place was perfect for us all. Sarah was brilliant from booking right up until the day we left. She happily sorted out a cot and highchair for us which saved us a lot of hassle! The house itself is beautiful, the photos really didn’t do it enough justice! It was 35+ during our stay so it was incredibly hot and the AC was very welcome. In the downstairs apartment there was just one AC unit however this was clearly explained in the description and we very quickly learned that keeping the door closed and AC pumping was the way to manage it. The local restaurants were gorgeous too, we loved Meliton in its beautiful garden. We even braved the hill to walk there and back which was more than do-able, even with a buggy! Local area is beautiful, the kids loved Benidorm, but Altea & Xabia were well worth the drive. Highly recommend

We are SO glad we booked at Maria's home. It was beautiful and a perfect place to relax with our family and kids. We would definitely stay there again. Extremely clean, large, and with a fantastic view of the sea and the city of Calpe in the distance. Stunning views.

We stayed at the villa three times now, and it gets better every time. The villa is amazing, very comfortable and fully equipped. Edwin is just the perfect host, the communication with him is fast, and he is always very present if you need him. We always have a wonderful time there ❤️

Second time visiting this villa. It’s a good location, walking distance to little beach bars for a drink at the end of day, or a swim off the rocks there. Mas y Mas supermarket is a 2 minute drive with everything you need. Villa is clean, comfortable with everything you need and good value. We have visited Moraira a good number of times now and stayed in other villas , but they are often a long way up the hills and no where near walking distance to anything. The fact that this one is so close to the beach, with everything you need so close by, makes it Ideal.

The house was as shown in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy, with everything you need to spend a few very pleasant days, even Karen gave us some details that were not included in the listing, which we appreciated a lot. Comfortable beds, spectacular pool, very clean and serviced, outdoor space for barbecue, dining and spending time after dinner. Very good communication with Karen, the only thing we can say is that it is a recommended accommodation 100x100, and that we would definitely repeat.

Perfect place and Karen is a wonderful host! She took care of all our requests immediately, with no issues for late check-in. Place itself is very well maintained, spacious and well isolated so you could feel being on your own. With two teenagers we definitely benefited from the big, nicely heated pool and table tennis. We had amazing holidays. Thanks, Karen!

A lovely little villa, as described with a new patio area that extends up to the pool. Very comfortable, private and peaceful, with everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach/town (downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back!) You would benefit from having a car to get around and visit other places as there's lots to do in the area. Moraira itself is very nice, with many restaurants and bars. We visited with two small children and Playa de l'Ampolla beach is great for kids with a stream, rockpools and shallow sea for swimming. Choice of shops for groceries just a short drive away. Shae was a great host. We'd love to come back!

Everything is great, the house is very clean, tidy and complies with what is shown in the photos. The owners are very friendly and helpful with any suggestions from their guests. An entire experience, both during the stay at the house and in the surrounding environment. Super recommended and trip to repeat.

We had a wonderful week with our three little kids in Steves Villa. The pool is the most beautiful we have seen so far - a very special experience. Both terraces have a great sea view and you will find every equipment you can think of. On top of that, Steve is an amazing host as he was the one who managed that our car which had a broken tire was fixed - we are so thankful for his support.

Fantastic villa and beautiful surroundings. Well worth a visit but will need a car. Loved our stay here and hopefully will be returning.
