Perfect house for outdoor adventures, cozy evenings by the fireplace and cooking for large groups (perfect kitchen with lots of gadgets). We enjoyed sauna and the view.

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend wholeheartedly <3

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

Being is beautiful😍 beautiful nature In the winter it is not easy to get to the apartment, we walked up through the forest because the weather was nice and the light outside, it was a good walk. It is possible to order a special transfer. No matter how many you will be there, the price is from 1000kč. You can't see anything in the woods in the evening, it's not safe, so I recommend ordering the special collection. It is possible to book a barbecue house(500Kč) sauna and hot tub for 700kč / hour Breakfast, dinner can also be ordered afterwards. It's great, we loved it. I recommend

We had a very nice time in a very nice, spacious, clean and fully equipped apartment. Communication with Andrzej was excellent. Small downside: accommodation itself does not have a spa, it is in the hotel next door and must be paid, gym was not possible because only for hotel guests

Our holiday was relaxing and very relaxing. Petr is a very attentive and helpful host. He always supported us with tips and advice. The ski resort is ideally suited for downhill and cross-country skiing. Apartment is cozy and practical due to the available kitchen. Optionally, you can always eat in the in-house restaurant. Absolute recommendation!!!!

We arrived in a group of 10 (5 couples) for a long weekend for 3 kings. We wanted to take a break from the city, hike in the mountains, and spend time together. The cottage is lovely, atmospheric, but big and equipped with everything you need. The wood for the fireplace was already ripped. Although we were a large group, after burning in the fireplace the hot water was enough for everyone. Just lighting the fireplace and keeping the house warm was not difficult. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We even used a bread oven to bake pizza (here's a caution for others: the oven lights up for a very long time (over 2 hours) and all the clothes smell of smoke when you leave, so I recommend burying them and closing the bedrooms for baking). We cooked ourselves every day, but once we went to dinner "Inn at Basi" in Wolimierz - eating firecrackers and portions huge, very affordable prices, it was a shot at 10, so if you don't know where to eat in the area, we recommend it!

We stayed over new years with a big group including kids. All rooms had their own bathrooms and downstairs is a big kitchen and living room area. The kitchen had really everything you need to cook. We even had a Christmas tree in the living room. Tomasz and his wife are very friendly and didn’t complain that we were laughing a lot also at night. It was a very pleasant stay!

Outside by the campfire we cooked a delicious winter stew, inside everyone sat around the fireplace, playing games chatting and laughing. Maršovka House really impressed us. I visited with two families in September (there were 8 of us + our lovely dog Jax🐶) and in October (7 of us + our lovely dog Jax 🐶), and everyone was very happy with the place. The high capacity was a huge plus for us, and it’s one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed at. We’re already looking forward to winter so we can return with our family and enjoy some skiing. Our stay at the place was great! The house is super cozy and lovingly furnished and we immediately felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole house is very clean. Especially the oven is a highlight. Surroundings is quiet and idyllic with many excursion options in beautiful nature. Communication was very nice and fast! We will be happy to come back

The cottage is better than in the photos, Antonín quickly responded and overall we enjoyed our stay 100%. + is next to the pub with beer for 27kč. 10/10, I'll be back

Beautiful apartment in a nice and very quiet location with a great opportunity to go on a trip.

I really enjoyed staying here. It's a cute little apartment off to the side of town. There' a great walking trail just a little up hill. Petr's dog is ridiculously friendly, just wants to lean on you and be pet. :) If you have mobility issues, ask about the stairs - they're pretty steep, feels more like a ladder. Makes for a very cute bedroom feel, though!

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

we had a great time at the cottage and in the area. The property is sufficiently large and it has everything you need. The electrical appliances are in very good condition, TV, wi-fi and washing machine are available. Small disadvantage is the room layout: to get to the two children's rooms, you have to go through the bathroom; but is ok if you know. We often used the terrace with a fireplace and the view of the countryside and enjoyed it very much. You really have your peace. Trampoline and pool are of course great. From the house you can do a lot, whether it's nice hikes, bike rides or a visit to the summer toboggan run right nearby. For shopping there are several small shops in the village that have everything you need. Trutnov is only a few km away and you can ride a bike along the Aupa very relaxed. By the way, there's a great outdoor swimming pool on the edge of the forest. All in all, it is highly recommended.

Large house in a quiet village, located right beside a small farm. A 15 minute walk to a convenience store/bar/restaurant/play grounds. Our party included 3 adults and 3 children. The house had more than enough space, and sufficient kitchen and dining equipment. While the mattresses/bed slats are getting on in age, everything is clean and in functioning order. The property includes a small pool that is perfect for refreshing on a hot day. Hans is a great host - quick and clear communications, and he even arranged to have some small electronics we forgot sent to us.

The house is wonderfully quiet and very comfortably equipped. Five of us spent a very cozy week there, cooked, chilled and tried the available excursion tips. The house was very clean. Access through the neighbors worked out very well. Communication with Kathrin was very nice and above all immediately. We can recommend the area and especially the house without hesitation.

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

Communication with Jaroslav was always very good, he answered all the questions we had. The appartment itself was very clean and had all we needed. The kids loved the pool and the spacious garden. We will remember our week over there as a perfect holiday with the sweetest hosts.
