We stayed at Alfredo's place in May. At that time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrella and sunbeds just around the corner on the beach. Alfredo's apartment is well suited for 2 persons. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you

Alessio and Paola were 2 exceptional hosts, extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a strategic and super comfortable position, rooms overlooking the sea (beautiful), surrounded by restaurants and bars, a stone's throw from the sea bridge. We were pleasantly impressed by the size of the apartment itself, which is also quite functional, very clean and you can see that the owners took care of it because it is really well kept. The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

The apartment is large and spacious. Comfortable beds and warm house for the winter, there is also a wood stove that heats a lot. Downstairs there is also a small gym available. There is a lot of countryside nearby and the area is quiet and peaceful. As a location it is very strategic to visit the Abruzzo mountain, in halfanhour you can reach Campo Imperatore and Campo Felice, in an hour at Lake Campotosto, in less than two hours you can reach the Majella, Scanno and Roccaraso. The living room TV is crazy, like being at the cinema! Finally, Domenico is a very serious, accurate and professional host as it is friendly and friendly. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in Aurora's apartment that is perfectly described and matched to the listing. New and very clean, perfectly organized and equipped for me too, who always bring my desire to cook on vacation! The area is quiet and peaceful although not very central but Aurora is well organized with bikes, it is also easy to park in front of the house. Aurora is an impeccable host, she welcomed us upon arrival and provided us with every useful indication for our stay, she was helpful, kind and present. Great stay!

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

We had the most fantastic time. The apartment was perfect for our needs and the pool was great. The kids loved the ping pong table and table football too. Anna was so welcoming and friendly, we immediately felt right at home. She also helped us with recommendations of local restaurants. We would definitely stay at Marzia’s place again.

Valter and Daniela were very friendly and welcoming. Despite a small issue with the reservation through Airbnb, they were extremely helpful in resolving the issue, finding an optimal solution. The house was in excellent condition and very clean, as well as well equipped with everything you need for a hearty breakfast.

We had an amazing time staying in Nereto. It’s a small and quiet town with a friendly atmosphere. There are many nice cafes and you can take beautiful walks up the hills. We didn’t have a car but it was easy to get to other towns by bus and Luciano also offered to give us a ride many times. He’s hospitality really made this an authentic italian experience. He made it easy to discover the town and showed us many recipes for italian food. He always replied fast and helped us whenever we had a problem.
