Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alaska

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to have a place we could all stay at, since we had family coming in from out of town. The townhouse is lovely and the neighborhood is very quiet.

It was a beautiful place with a great surrounding area being close to a lot of food and entertainment spots. Definitely recommended others to give this place a try.

We had a great time while staying here. Robert was very friendly and even gave me recommendations for a small hike starting in the back yard! I had a nice time walking along the creek and then down the utility road to the river where I spent about an hour walking through the water, rock hunting, and enjoying the amazing views. The place itself was super cozy and was the perfect size for two people and would be great for a couple more too! It was very clean and the pellet stove was easy to run and kept the place toasty until we were ready for bed. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

A very festive place to stay during the holiday season. Close to the Richardson Hwy which launched us into exploring all around North Pole, Fairbanks, and beyond. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Josie was quick to respond and helpful. Would stay again!

Nice cozy place with a fireplace and open kitchen, plenty of sleeping spaces. Easy communication with the host. If we need to stay in this area again, we'll definitely check for Whitney's place!

This was a very awesome place. had everything we needed, diamond center was 10 mins away along with our family members.

The Treehouse was a perfect getaway for the two of us. Daniel’s extensive guidebook provided great recommendations for things to do and restaurants and bars which was very appreciated. The place was super cozy and exactly as advertised. Would stay again!

Perfect for our 3 night stay in Wasilla! My youngest had the couch and my oldest and I shared the bed. They said it was “just like a hotel” and it probably was a little better. Nice and private, clean and cozy. The puppers upstairs may also greet you from the window above where you park which was a cute surprise 🤗

Charlotte’s place has the 3 C’s and more! Cute, cozy, and clean! Great location as it’s very close to the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, walkable to New Sagaya (which has groceries, deli, and coffee), and walkable to downtown (for most people). I stayed a week during the winter and the place stayed nice and warm. It has two separate bedrooms which is nice if your party is in need of two beds. Very affordable spot in a nice neighborhood close to downtown. Charlotte is a very responsive host. She very quickly responded to any questions I had which were very few because she explained everything thoroughly in her guide.

The Location was great for all we wanted to do. Everything was 10 minutes away. We ate at moose tooth and shopped at Diamond Mall. Walmart around the corner

Ryan’s place was awesome. The hot tub on the back deck coupled with the private family setting and the view was awesome. If you’re traveling with a group that needs more than two bedrooms, this place is stellar. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

This home was perfect for three couples and added plus we could Bring our dogs! Spacious, clean and great views from those amazing living room windows!. The deck was enormous and if we had another night would have loved using the fire pit. This kitchen had everything we needed and more. Easily the most generous kitchen and cooking supplies I've ever seen in a rental. We would definitely Make this first choice when returning to Soldotna. A

Travis is a great host! The stay is as described, clean and conveniently located near town.

Loved staying her and the host was incredibly kind and responsive. Stayed for a birthday party and the host left a birthday card with a cute little gift. There was a minor issue with the heat downstairs and they were incredibly respectful asking if it was okay to come into the space to look at it. Heat lamps were brought in to keep it heated through the night, and they weren’t loud and didn’t take up much space. Beautiful place and amenities.

This was a great stay. Alex and Siobhan were fantastic and responded quickly to questions and a minor hiccup when checking in (local power outage to the area). Place was clean, as described and beautiful! One of my friends kept saying it was his dream cabin. We do this trip every 2 years and will absolutely be looking at your place in 2026. Thanks again!!!

11/10! Jacob is an amazing host and his home is enchanting! First off, Jacob is a very hands-on host. He gives you complete privacy, but is constantly making sure your stay is nice. He lives on the property and is constantly tending to it. First thing in the morning after a snowfall, you'll see him plowing the snow on the driveway. If he is around when you're walking about, he may pop over and give you some helpful advice to maximize your trip (he heard me stomping around in the snow late one night and gave me some aurora viewing tips specific to that night!). If you bump into and tell him your off to the hot springs, you'll find fresh towels on your porch waiting for you. The home is super cozy and filled with AMAZING amenities! The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I've used on a trip (from herbs, to coffee, to breakfast items, to cooking oils, to a kitchen air, he really had it all). The beds were nice and soft and thick, fuzzy blankets were all over the house.
