Great stay ! Nice and cozy we had everything we needed . Had little issue with getting through the first gate but that’s due to me not properly reading their instructions! Everything was great and nice area

This beautiful Oakland Oasis was better than I imagined it would be! This place exceeded my expectations! Coming through the gate the first night, to a path of twinkling lights leading us to our adorable cabin took my breath away! It was the perfect location for peace and quiet right in the middle of Oakland. My only regret is that I didn’t spend more time on the property. We flew in from out of state to visit friends and spent a lot of time out and about. I definitely want to come back to spend more time hanging out in the backyard with the goats and chickens. My 13-year-old loved the backyard, the trampoline and the animals. The location was very walkable and within several blocks of many restaurants and shops. We rented a car and street parking was easily accessible. Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park was only an 8 minute drive away and we spent most mornings walking through the mountains enjoying the beautiful trees and views of San Francisco. Highly recommend this listing!

Great guesthouse with a cute private patio in a peaceful neighborhood. Conveniently located near restaurantsand shops and a short drive to campus. Bob is a very organized host, and the place was well stocked with thoughtful amenities.

This was my third stay at Radhia’s cottage. The suite is comfortable, private and peaceful. It’s always clean and Radhia is always helpful and friendly. Cottage was amazing! So peaceful, you can hear the brook while in the bedroom which is lovely. Waking up to all the natural light was such a great way to recharge and the house felt very homey.

Felt like it was just lke my home accept they have a hot tub that I used almost every night during my stay also had a beautiful garden. Is very quiet and relaxing.

This is a lovely little place conveniently located near North Berkeley and University Village. It's a safe family neighborhood with parking. Raquel is very responsive and I highly recommend this accommodation.

This place was amazing, recently moving from another stay we had to rent for 2 weeks while we waited for our things. This place had everything we could have needed. If you have dogs Ela’s place will be perfect for you, the backyard is fenced and my dogs loved it. The location is also great as there are a lot of stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

This was my second stay at Barak and Kate's cozy Elmwood Cottage. It's perfect for one or two people - Easy / pleasant walk to bookstore, toy store, other shops & bakery / cafe, and the Berkeley campus is also a pleasant walking distance. So many flower gardens in people's yards along the way, beautiful homes and gorgeous trees. This charming cottage is located behind the main house so - very private and quiet. An equally charming neighborhood with lots of Craftsman homes. I like to cook my own meals and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes / pans, etc. Wonderful to have access to washer/drier. I very much appreciated the generous cancellation policy that allowed for changes up close to the reservation date (I had to change my dates and it was no problem.) I definitely hope to stay here again!

Brian and Danielle were fantastic hosts. So warm, accommodating, fun and friendly! The place was exactly what I needed - near work, a cozy place to sleep and store my stuff while waiting to move into my apartment. I only used the place to sleep as I was mostly at work/hanging out w/ friends - and this place is perfect for that! I'm a light sleeper and slept very well here! I'm also always worried about being cold, but this place is very well insulated and can hold heat very well. Highly recommend as a place to crash, and would def stay again here if needed! thanks Brian & Danielle!

Loved staying in this beautiful small home. It is perfect for little staycation weekends. The home itself is very beautifully decorated and cozy. The kitchen and bathroom are very comfortable despite the small space, and it is evident that great efforts have been taken to keep the place tidy and sanitary. The hot tub is very comfortable and clean. The outdoor view is amazing day and night. The surrounding area is very peaceful with beautiful flora. The hosts are extremely helpful and provide very thorough instructions for checking in and using the hot tub. Also love the detail that they included a Bluetooth speaker for use! Highly recommend staying here. Would love to come back for future staycations.

The cozy cottage was a perfect at-home feeling alternative to the usual hotel options. Ena communicated clearly about check in and house rules. We found the place easily and there was usually parking right outside. The circumstances of our trip were sad, so my mom and I really wanted to be in a place that felt like home. We enjoyed the bath tub, the kitchen with lots of little snacks and teas, bottled waters, and clean linens. There is a nice television, and work space. I would def stay here again and recommend to friends.

I booked this Air Bnb for my brother and his wife and they absolutely loved it. It’s a great location and a short walk to Rockridge Bart station, restaurants and shops. Located on a quiet residential street. High quality bedding and accessories in the unit and it is very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. The owners are very responsive. I would definitely recommend this Air Bnb for anyone visiting the Bay Area.

This place was a gem of a tiny home, and Andi and Bo were very responsive and flexible with us. We loved their carefully curated space and would absolutely return to this homely location.

Melanie and Travis's home was fabulous! Clean, cute, has everything you need, beautifully decorated, quiet, private. Great shower! Well-built! Functional kitchen, comfy bed, plenty of toilet paper & toiletries. One of the best AirBNB homes we've ever stayed in.

Camille's cottage is such a lovely sanctuary! Tucked away in a stunning garden, the space has everything you need to truly relax and retreat. I especially loved rambling around the Berkeley neighborhood hills and taking in the Spring blossoms. Camille is incredibly thoughtful and responsive, getting back to me within an hour whenever I had a question. I will definitely return on my next stay to the East Bay!

Loved our stay at Nanci's cottage, which is tucked away in a peaceful green little oasis in Rockridge. It was just as expected from the description - cozy, comfortable and nicely decorated. The garden outside the door is a delight, even in cool weather. Communication with Nanci was great and we were very fortunate to have the opportunity to meet her and Cinder in person when we checked in. Located within easy walking distance of Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Market Hall, Safeway, as well as BART and other fun shops such as Pegasus Books, Hudson Bay Café, Chocolate Dragon Café and Cole Hardware, we had no need for a rental car while in town. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful return stay at this lovely casita. A beautiful and private unit in the host’s backyard this casita is comfortable and attractive. Clean, well appointed and great supplies (coffee and creamer!). My husband and I love to stay here when we are in the area and we will return again next time. Thank you Diane!

Joy’s place was absolutely fantastic. The room was peaceful and tucked away in a really serene backyard. The backyard is fenced and our pups were happy to explore. Joy was an excellent host, very accommodating, and extremely helpful. We would recommend her place to everyone.

Our third stay at this wonderful studio. The location is terrific and the space is just right for two. We travel a lot and this place is a real home away from home for us.

Bonnie’s lovely Maybeck cottage is wonderfully located in the Berkeley Hills. For those who love to walk it’s within reasonable distance to campus, hiking, and the gourmet ghetto. The yard is a rare joy in Berkeley, and you have everything you need to enjoy the city. Bonnie is a perfect host, and cares deeply that her visitors have a great stay. We’ve stayed here a few times and will return every time I have to be at Cal for research work.

Location, location, location! It was great to be just a few houses away from Solano Avenue with all of its restaurants, shops and conveniences. I didn't have a car most of the time I stayed, which wasn't a problem. The Albany/North Berkeley neighborhood is a wonderful area to explore by foot. The cottage was small, as expected, but satisfied all of my needs. There is an inviting outdoor space that I wasn't able to use because of the winter weather. It would increase the living space during other seasons. I didn't meet Stephen, but had several nice chats with Marin in her yard.
