Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Alacantí

We had wonderful days in Alicante. The apartment is perfectly located, close to the center but just outside the hustle and bustle. Everything was also very clean and tidy. Beatriz is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. And she gave great tips for restaurants nearby!

Amanda is a wonderful host. It made it absolutely easier for me to stay. The place is TOP ! I recommend 100%

We spent a beatiful 5 weeks through December till mid January in this place with our 2y old daughter. I was working remotely and my wife was enjoying the better climate, sand dunes with pine trees and beaches with our daughter. The apartment is very silent, we found there everything to live there comfortably for the 5 weeks or even more. Bed mattresses are comfy, not too soft. I must highlight the heated floor in kitchen/living room/bathroom that made the stay very comfy because the nights can be as cold as 5 degrees Celsius only. And heated floors and very rare in Spanish buildings. Guardamar in the winter is a not that busy but you still meet a lot of people in the city and at the beaches. The Masymas supermarket just 3mins of walk is great. For car rental I recommend the local ValgeCars. I hope to come back again!

Staying in this apartment in Benidorm was an absolute treat! The view of the sea from the balcony was simply breathtaking—it was the highlight of every morning and evening. The location was ideal, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet just far enough from the busy areas to feel peaceful and relaxing. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a perfect stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning!

We had the perfect time in Alicante in Mario Apartments! The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet place in the city center, next to the Mercado Central market, Postiget beach, Santa Barbara Castle and many other attractions within walking distance. The apartment is very stylish and flawlessly clean! Furniture and appliances are completely new and everything is tastefully furnished! Visual delight! He welcomed us personally and allowed us an early check-in and a late check-out, made local recommendations, was always in touch, and a separate thanks to Mario, for my little request before check-in! Only positive emotions and impressions! Fervently recommend to anyone who wants to spend the perfect holiday! Mario, we are waiting for you in the north of France! The house is fantastic, and Sergio is wonderful to host. We booked the house in 2019 and due to the pandemic, for two years we were unable to attend and they booked it for us. It has given us a lot of ease in terms of arrival as it has been as comfortable as possible. We'll definitely do it again!

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

A really lovely villa that fits 14 people comfortably. A lovely location, but it was hard to get a cab that wasn’t pre-booked so I would recommend booking them beforehand! The villa was clean, private and had everything we needed. The only downside is that there is only 3 sun beds in the garden but room to lay on the floor on a towel which is what we did instead. Overall an amazing stay and would 100% recommend the villa to other people, and might even be back in future!

The experience with the home and with Ana and her family was 10. We had a few days but they made us feel like in our ipropia home from the moment we started. They made recommendations for places we followed and it was excellent. No doubt if we come back we would count on them. Thank you very much for everything!

Apartment with impeccable cleanliness, nice and pleasant. Very quiet subdivision, we park at the same door. Mayte flows very flexible at both check in and check out time. Very good choice!!!

We traveled a lot with airbnb and had never found such a clean, comfortable and tidy apartment as Juan Antonio's. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. It has everything you need and more. It is very careful and very new. We were at home. From the first moment Juan Antonio was attentive to everything we could need and gave us a lot of information about the area. Very professional and friendly. Perfect location, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation. A very quiet area at night without noise. We give a 10 to the apartment and Juan Antonio. We will definitely be back!

Teresa was very friendly. The room and common areas were clean and cozy. The beach nearby is lovely. It was just a few tram stops from the center of Alicante. It was easy to use the tram.

Lovely place to stay & reasonably priced, host was great very fast with responses if we needed any help.. it’s just off the main bit of Benidorm perfect for us as we had kids so nights were quiet and was only a short walk down to the beach front. Very clean!! Would definitely recommend

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

Fantastic apartment located in a convenient location making every part of Benidorm accessible. Lots of eateries and amenities close to the apartment. Apartment was immaculate and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Checkin was easy as was check out. Apartment had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. This apartment will be at the top of my list for staying in Benidorm.
