Our stay here was everything! The building was prestige and staff were helpful and friendly. I felt safe (which is the most important factor). The apartment was beautiful and very cozy, I enjoyed every moment of my stay! Not only was the host the best communicator, the host also made sure there were extra towels and toiletries which was very generous and appreciated. Would totally stay here again!

We were in our weekend. Please is so calm, peaceful. Just we wanted to Apartment is cosy (especially beds, I ve slept as never before:) Apartment has all stuff for food preparing. We got all necessary with ourselves. But if you forgot something you always can order through Talabat or to buy all necessary close to the Residence in local store (13-15 min walk away) I like this place.

This is an excellent property for anyone looking to stay in Downtown. Has a breath-taking view of Burj Khalifa, from two of the rooms. Swimming pool, which is heated and gym are even better. Super market- Geant, fulfills almost all of the daily needs. Burj Vista has direct connectivity to Dubai Mall and metro from second floor, which is definitely advantageous. Finding a cab, even with app is tidious during peak hours, and may take even more than an hour. Amenities provided are just basic.

Everything was great and friendly host

I was satisfied with the accommodation. It was at a very good price. Everything was fine. The advantage is the swimming pool. I used it every day. Plus, it's a short walk from the sea. For the price I can recommend.

He loved our stay at this apartment. The location is great and the views are amazing from the big balcony. The apartment is modern and spotless, I couldn’t fault it and would happily stay again.

Tatjana’s apartment is spacious, a great design and provides everything you need for a perfect stay. She is a lovely, very efficient host. We use her apartment every time we holiday in RAK as we love it so much, fabulous balcony and right next to beach and pool. They have started to do demolition work nearby but we chose not to let the noise spoil our stay. Thanks Tatjana x
