Waterfront holiday rentals in Al Dhafra Region

We had a great stay in Olena's lovely apartment which has been done up to a high standard. Although we had an issue with the ensuite bathroom towards the end of our stay, this was promptly addressed. Olena was very approachable and responsive, her and her husband met us personally when we arrived and showed us the apartment. Some helpful advice about the apartment and suggestions for things to do the surrounding area were left for us, as were lots of basic comforts - including shower gel and shampoo, laundry gel and teabags. The apartment was very comfortable with Netflix and Youtube available to watch and 3 toilets. Free access to an on-site pool, gym and parking was included as well as to the nearby beach a few minutes walk away. There was lovely balcony with a view of the sea and the apartment was easily accessible by lift or stairs. Overall we had a lovely time, thank you Olena!

Much cheaper than other places, good location. Let us check in at 8am instead of 3pm normal time.

This place stay was amazing, everything was even better than the photos. The location it’s great, you can see from the window the Sea World Water park, so it’s very easy and close to visit the attractions from Yas Island. The apartment itself is very warm and make you feel like home. Will come again that’s sure!!! 🫶

Wow is also an understatement!!. It was an amazing stay with beautiful surroundings. The sun facing and breezy balcony makes it perfect. We will definitely visit again. It's a must stay place for anyone!

All in all I'm very satisfied. Spotless clean apartment, with everything necessary incl. washing machine, iron etc. It's in the residential tower, feels like it's popular with families, very quiet, and there is a small but adequately equipped gym on premises. Location is great - plenty of restaurants and cafes at Mangrove residence and Sun and Sky towers in 5 minutes walk, grocery store in the same community. Fatma was very easy to reach and communicate with, check-in and check-out easy and well organized. Great place for a short term stay.

We had an amazing experience staying at Mint Stay property! From the moment we arrived, Mint Stay team was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The place was exactly as described, super clean, and had all the amenities I could have asked for. The location was perfect—convenient to local attractions and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. Communication was excellent throughout my stay. I highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the area. I will definitely be returning for another visit!

We spent an excellent stay at Royal Holiday. As 2 students busy all day with courses, we did not use much of the facilities. But the set up is also a good fit for families visiting Abu Dhabi. Location in Al Reem island allows to easily access main attractions (Saadiyat, Yas) without traffic jams of the main island.

Frank’s appointment is very clean with a gorgeous view, very cozy place to stay. Carrefour is just at ground level of the building and the facility can offer to prepare some simple food. Recommended appointment!

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

The communication between Marie was excellent from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the apartment was as described and clean. The views from the apartment were great and it was in a good location.

Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.

Excellent place for families. I would like to thank the host for the pleasant stay and we will definitely come back.
