We really enjoyed this family home that allowed us to spend Christmas with the family . It's a paradise for the little ones who have found something to take care of. The garden must be very nice on sunny days. The neighborhood is very discreet and the amenities very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting

Very nice well-equipped house in a quiet and residential area. The accommodation is perfectly located 5 min from the beach and close to all shops. The welcome was at the top 👍 We would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a great Christmas with the family in this beautiful newly renovated and very well-equipped house. Accommodation is as described. The spaces allow you to enjoy time and activities together (we were 13 people, from 17 to 82 years old), while being able to relax at other times. Marc was available and responsive. We recommend!

5 star review for 5 star super-host and perfect place. Christophe is a great host. Giving us great tips (we went Biking at Isle d’Yeu, catamaran sailing at noirmoutier,…) and always on the look-out to help / have a friendly chat. The place has a very charming swimming pool surrounded by flowers and herbs which can be used to cook on the BBQ. In short everything is there to have a wonderfull stay. We didn’t spend much time indoors but it’s very well renovated and Christophe keeps it in excellent conditions

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

Very good stay with Séverine a Barbâtre. Very pleasant accommodation, clean, functional and well positioned at the entrance to the island of Noirmoutier.

We had a lovely stay with Nathalie who is very welcoming. Small, simple but functional cottage, ideal for a few vacation days. We enjoyed the quiet location and with the beach within walking distance in a few minutes. Thank you for accepting dogs, which is quite rare.

We had a great time at Jacques' place. He's a friendly and available host. The house is very nice and comfortable, the different living spaces are a plus. We'll be happy to go back!

Very well equipped house, I had my two children (4 years old and my 10-month-old baby) all the equipment for children was available even games for children my son was delighted. The description is as advertised by Sophie. Cleanliness was de rigueur, nothing to say. Really nice house you can go for a second thought. Easy communication, Sophie is accommodating.

Great private place with great terrace, everything is clean from floor to linen bed and towel. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and their bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were very well received. 2 steps from the house is inter-market, which is very convenient for some purchases and the gas station:) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would recommend this place 2000%.

We had a pleasant stay in Dominique's little house. The house is nicely decorated and perfectly equipped, which made our stay most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, offering a peaceful view of a small pond with discreet lily pads and small frogs, which had the delicate attention to protect us from mosquitoes. The location is ideal, just an hour from the Poitevin marshes and the Mourat Vineyard, where we were able to enjoy great bike rides followed by wine tastings. Dominique was a lovely and very welcoming host, we immediately felt comfortable in his home. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay full of discoveries!

Chloe's instructions were clear. The accommodation is very nice, bright and convenient to stay there. We had a nice family Christmas there occupying the 2 apartments.

The house is completely tastefully remodeled and really very nice! The living spaces are great and the house is really well equipped: you will find what you need to occupy both large and small! We'll be happy to go back!
