Family-friendly holiday rentals in Aisne

A great way to end the year 2024! these few days in Jean-Michel's place were nice for the whole family, including doggies. the accommodation is very good for a short and long stay, there is all the equipment to feel at home there! between appliances, sound and tv installation (and even a ps4 for amateurs), board games, etc.! Bonus with the mini market: Jean-Michel also makes the grocer for troubleshooting. the setting is very pleasant, and quiet, pretty village, well located so as not to be away from places of interest. the weather conditions did not allow us to enjoy the hot tub (gel), a small disappointment quickly forgotten around one of the many board games. i highly recommend this place, and it's very likely that we'll go back

We had a lovely peaceful stay at Camille's home. Looked incredible, and the place is so quirky it was an adventure as well as a break from the mad world. The area was so quiet and the amenities were very good. We already recommended it to a friend whilst we were still there. It has an obvious appeal to young children, but I would suggest a few additions to make it child friendly and safe. Camille was very helpful, and we would definitely go back.

great host! Between how nice the place was and how great of host they were it was easily my favorite Air B&B experience. very kind and flexible with checking in and out. They even gave us a very good bottle of champagne for no extra cost. Made us a great breakfast for a very reasonable price. They also will cook dinner and Brunch. If our schedule wasn’t so tight we easily would have taken them up on that as well. The home is very nice. I don’t have any criticism i highly recommend staying here.

Really an amazing cottage! Everything is there to spend an extraordinary time... And to complete it all, Delphine is extremely kind! A real corner of paradise!

The place is beautiful and just what we needed at the end of a long trip. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The location made it walkable to nearly anywhere in the village. Host was very responsive to questions. There was plenty of space for 6 adults to be comfortably. The only downside was the one toilet. We might have overlooked that in the listing but thought it would contain two toilets since it has two showers. The listing said 'Hot Tub' but there is not a hot tub on site; however, this seemed like a translation issue from French to English. Would defiantly stay again in i was in the area.

Nothing to say, everything was at the top from scratch, the house is ideal for large groups of +20, warm, with a functional kitchen, sleeping arrangements for everyone and well thought out in terms of distribution, all with a quiet and private setting in Verdelot! Lots of charm in the place:)

Place was central to the cathedral and the city center!

Emilie's cottage was perfect for our reunions with friends. The 4 bathrooms are much appreciated when we are 13! The cottage has all the necessary utensils (and in quantity!), as no one lives there, you have to come with its consumables (towels, toilet paper, oil etc.) but it is perfectly manageable especially with this price! Emilie was also very flexible on our arrival time (self-contained with key box) but especially on our departure which could be postponed until 3pm, thank you again!! We apologize for the dishwasher, we ran it before leaving so it couldn't be put away:( I would 100% recommend!

Frédérique is friendly, discreet and available. Warm accommodation, tastefully decorated, functional with products, beyond the essentials and impeccable cleanliness. Pets sincerely welcome. If we come back to Champagne, it is in this longhouse that we will be happy to stay. Jewelry, the cairn terrier is endearing.

We had a fantastic stay at this property with three families. The house is spacious, well furnished and equipped with all the comforts. The bedrooms are comfortable and offer plenty of privacy, while the common areas are ideal for spending time together. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook for our group. The outdoor space was also a big plus; the children had a great time and we could relax and enjoy the tranquility. The location is perfect for excursions in the area, with plenty to do and see. The hospitality of the host was amazing: we immediately felt welcome and everything was well arranged. Highly recommended for groups or families who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday together! We'd love to come back.

We were able to celebrate quiet New Year's Eve. This was very nice with a dog who is very afraid of fireworks. By car, you will be in Laon and Reims in no time. There is not much to do in the village, but is nice and quiet.

Had a great visit. Kirsten welcomed me very well, attentive to any needs, available throughout the stay. It is a great place to hike, winery tours, enjoy the calm. Would definitely stay.

Thanks to Valerie for hosting us, easy and very accommodating exchanges. Perfect for a family stopover night to get to Asterix Park (an hour drive away).

We had a great family vacation at this quiet and nice place

It is a wonderful stay. The peace, the space and a unique location. In the morning you can walk around the castle and then lie down by the pool in the afternoon. You really imagine yourself at a different time. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. The only downside is the lime. Cutlery, plates and pans were under the lime on arrival. The host indicated that this was because the water is very chalky and there is little to do about it. Finally, I would like to recommend this location! I would love to come back myself.

Nice house, close to Paris, perfect for meeting as a group (there were 9 of us). The seating area with the fireplace is perfect for relaxing. Neighbors' chickens at our window every morning to delight children. Christelle is very friendly, available and accommodating. Thanks so much!

Beautiful, characterful house with a nice outdoor area with swimming pool. Near Reims and Epernay for good restaurants and champagne tastings. Very nice hostess!

We had a lovely stay here. Audrey was really helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for four. We opted for breakfast and this was absolutely delicious complete with croissants, breads, homemade made jams and cakes. Our children really enjoyed playing table football and the swimming pool. A great place to stay!

Thank you so much to Françoise and Olivier! We loved our stay at their beautiful home. The apartment was so nicely decorated and curated and we felt right at home. The pool and its surrounds that we had to ourselves for our stay were absolutely stunning, and Olivier was so kind to set up the barbecue for us to use as well. Athis was a beautiful town too and simply the perfect place to explore the Champagne region. There are also some excellent roads for cycling in the area if that is of interest. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying with Françoise and Olivier and we hope to be able to return in the future!

Everything was really nice. The location, the host that was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and the kids enjoyed the outsidepool.

We celebrated New Year with the whole family of 13, 8 adults and 5 children from 9 to 13. We probably broke the rule "no loud late party" on New Year's Eve. The kids loved the "attic" bedroom with ensuite toilets and bathroom. The space is great, the kitchen is more than full of everything that might be needed: plates, bowls, glasses, pans, utensils, ... you name it and there it is, in more than sufficient numbers. Bedrooms were very nice, beds themselves very comfortable with top linens. Bathrooms all nicely fitted and nice to use. No issue with heating, warm water, ... The house is extremely well noise insulated, not only from outside noise, but also from noises of other rooms within the house. It appears the owners have done most of the work themselves, which is an impressive feat. The road in front of the house is full of parking space, with sparse traffic. Most certainly a great pick at other times of the year with "better" weather, especially with usage of the swimming pool.
