Outside you will find one dedicated parking space as well as street parking and a shared patio area with a fire pit.

Nicely updated guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and plenty of property to explore. Queen bed in master bedroom, full size bed in secondary bedroom, pull-out (queen) sofa in Livingroom. Single bathroom with walk in shower. Laundry room with exterior access. Large screened porch with ample seating for relaxing and enjoying the views of the 4 ponds. Additional covered picnic/ lounge area. We live in the main house on the property, the cottage is separate the driveway is shared.

Barn Cottage Horse District near Hitchcock Woods

Relax in privacy on our 2.5-acre equestrian estate. Walk or ride to polo, Steeplechase track, Hitchcock Woods, and downtown. Guests w/horses: 5 stalls, 2 large paddocks, tack room, and storage shed may be rented separately by "special offer" thru site. DRY stalls are $60/stall/day. You must clean stalls/paddocks daily and return to original condition. Wheelbarrow, pitchfork, etc. provided. Manure must go in container at back gate ($100/pickup) or take it w/you.
