The residence is located at the foot of the sand dunes of the Mediterranean. Located on the second floor out of 3. No roads to cross to be on the beach. Public Paying Parking in front of the residence However, there are a few free spots inside the property along the beach. The residence of Grasse is in the small cross at Carnon plage.

We rent a charming apartment, renovated,air-conditioned, of 60 m2 with a small patio of 12m2 very pleasant in the heart of the city. Located on a very quiet street of mornings, not commercial but a few steps from Place Saint Louis, you can park your car on the ground floor (private and closed garage!). Possibility of a parking card ( around the secure parking ramparts)for a 2nd car or a large car (€20 and €50 deposit). Cats are not allowed thank you.

On the 1st floor of a small 2-story building in a very quiet cul-de-sac, we completely refurbished it. It consists of a large bright room including the living/dining room/fully equipped open plan kitchen; overlooking a small balcony. At the end of the corridor, a large bedroom (double bed 160), a shower room and separate WC.
