Holiday houses in Aia Cupa

We (three teenagers, my wife and I) stayed for a week in Agneta’s and Tjabo’s place Casa Aquila. The environment is beautiful. Although is quite isolated we loved it, even the kids. The (private) pool made the place, but also Agneta’s and Tjabo’s kindness. We baked our own pizza’s in the pizza oven (together with our hosts) and barbecued a couple of times. The house is nice and well equipment with a basic bathroom. Two good bedrooms and a bunk bed in a smaller room for the kids. If you looking for a calm place in summertime where you can chill at the pool side with eagles flying above your head, than this is the place.

Heaven on Earth. the place is wonderful, in the middle of the countryside and tranquility, the house is very nice and equipped with everything you need and the outdoor space is nothing short of beautiful. Irena is kind and helpful. Renè a exquisite person. I hope to return in the future.

Our stay was very satisfying. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we weren't able to make the most of the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Everything you read in the description is true, nothing was missing! New, clean, spacious apartment near the pebble and sand beach a few minutes away by foot; also supermarkets and very comfortable restaurants from the house. Welcoming and discreet hosts even if they live next door. When they arrived, they made us find fresh water in the fridge and fresh fruit on the table. They suggested where to go to eat and we always ate well. They're a wonderful couple. Excellent experience, really recommended and if we still go through those parts we will definitely ask Mario and Angelina to be able to stay with them again!

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

The house is an absolute gem, excellently equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The secluded location in beautiful countryside lets you relax and immediately feel at home. The many beautiful seating options in the beautifully landscaped garden and pool offer plenty of opportunities to relax. The contact person on site was incredibly nice and very helpful, check-in and check-out were completely straightforward. Janet was available at all times and responded very quickly to requests. Definitely one of the most beautiful houses I have ever rented. Unfortunately, we were only there for a week, but we'd love to come back, so that's possible.

Maria Francesca's apartment is very comfortable and organized. Maria Francesca is very hospitable, she made us find the Perugina Kisses as a welcome, coffee and herbal teas. The kitchen is equipped with everything. We had a great time.
