Chris & Christin are super friendly and quick to respond. The place had everything we expected. Sauna and hot tub are fired with wood. This has the advantage that the heat is quickly available and you can get started quickly. In addition, there were plenty of suitable dry wood for firing. After the first small shock that the very large luxury house does not have WIFI, we enjoyed the peace and togetherness;)

We, a group of 7 women, were already guests in this house for the third time. It is and remains our little paradise. A fruit and vegetable basket from your own cultivation for reception, a homemade apple pie, followed by an equally megalecked plum cake from Danuta - just warmly, thank you so much!!! We love the decor and layout of the rooms of the house. The view into the garden with the hydrangeas and the small lake along with herring is pure relaxation. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in less than 20 minutes, great walks and sunsets included. Small pool and plenty of space for our daily yoga and Pilates units, on the meadow or in case of need also in the large living room. We remain enchanted by this location and the peace and quiet still works two weeks later. THANKS!!!

The stay was really very pleasant. The spa area was really very nice and the direct access from the sauna and pool really great! The fireplace as a heating source was sufficient and really cozy. :)

We were very comfortable in Claudia's house. The pool was used to cool off after the morning runs, we also enjoyed using the yoga mats in the gym. Since the cupboards are well stocked, you have to improvise a little with your stuff, but that wasn't a problem for us. Our Wäller dog was able to move freely and also had a very relaxed holiday. From the house Kiel and the Baltic Sea are quickly reached and so Preetz is a good starting point for day trips. We particularly liked Lüdjenburg, Eutin and Eckernförde and of course the Schönberger Strand. We had ideal bathing weather in August.

If you are looking for a few days of peace and relaxation, this is the place to have breakfast in a park among fruit trees with sensational views of a water lilies, early in the morning you have the chance to see a kingfisher while bathing, behind the house a beautiful stream, as far as the eye can see fields meadows and forest . Beautiful natural beach 15 min boltenhagen 30 min Lübeck or Wismar 45 min! Wi-Fi poorly the nearest baker 15 minutes away - didn't matter to us! Absolutely recommended!

We stayed at Katharina's beautiful place over New Year's Eve with 4 families and a total of 6 children and had a great time! There is a lot of space and retreat options. The playroom is perfect and the kids loved it. The house is super equipped and was super cozy! Next time would use the upper bedroom but only as a game room. We will definitely be back, next time in summer so we also have something from the pool and tennis court:) Thanks also to Ms. Ms. Marthiensen for the nice welcome!

We felt very comfortable in the house with three generations and dog! The kids loved the upper area and in the large conservatory was a large table for dinner and play laps together!

The location of the house is very idyllic and secluded. House house is very comfortable and has a special charm. The kitchen is very well equipped. The garden is fantastically beautiful, although it is a bit overgrown in the edge area, but we didn't mind, because the usable part is still huge. We were very happy to use the new sauna and swimming pond. In some cases, the house could be kept in better shape, but we had the impression that a lot is happening at the moment. The communication with the landlady was very straightforward and pleasant.

Unfortunately, we were only able to stay briefly, but the accommodation has beautified this time. Really great and uncomplicated, we will be happy to come back And what is nowhere you can see the sea from the accommodation! Thank you for uncomplicated and warm contact. We felt very comfortable all around! The place is really very cozily furnished and perfectly equipped. There was nothing missing! You can tell that even the smallest details have been thought of. The parents and the one-year-old child were delighted with the small great children's kitchen, the books and the amenities! Thank you for this! The absolute highlight was of course also the beautiful sauna and the uncomplicated use! We will be happy to come back and highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, the building technology crashed on the second day. Stefan was immediately available and organized technicians for the next day. Unfortunately, these were not able to solve the problem directly and had to remove undisturbed things again. I assume that the problem could be resolved quickly after arrival. Without the control via the tablets, some things were not usable/controllable. However, Stefan could not do this, who was always available immediately, whether via WhatsApp or phone call. The house is very luxurious and big. Ideal for a large family/group. Despite the failure of the building technology, we enjoyed the stay.

We booked the place for the big family reunion at Christmas and were really very satisfied. Everything was cozy and nicely decorated, in every room there was a little Christmas decor and the decorated Christmas tree made everything even better! We felt like at home. :) The host is very nice and you can tell he takes great care of his guests. Thank you, I'd love to come back!

Really a beautiful house with a great garden. It is quiet, well maintained and tastefully furnished. We didn't lack anything. Anna is a very thoughtful, helpful and friendly host. We felt very comfortable and thank you very much for the hospitality.

I had a wonderful week at Ilona's house in Boltenhagen. I can only recommend the bungalow, everything sparkling clean, the kitchen equipped with everything you need. It's nice and quiet at night. You only had to get to the beach across the street, and you could walk to the village center after about an 8-minute walk. Ilona and her husband were very kind, thank you again for the help with loading my e-bike. I would love to vacation there again anytime.

We felt very comfortable and there was nothing missing, the subway is quickly accessible and even at night you can get back quickly and well from Hamburg I'd love to stay again

We enjoyed the space and the tranquility. Lovely detached cozy house outside the village, in a relaxing location, in the middle of forest slopes, meadows with horses and swampy area. A stately building with a soul, with history, full of literature and art - and yet very clean. Spacious bathrooms and nice showers. Contact with owner was pleasant, we were also allowed to use the washing machine although that was actually not the intention. Hamburg was very easy to reach by public transport. A few times an hour there is a train from Elmshorn to Hamburg Hbf

Due to the existing key safe, the check-in was very easy and was possible without further arrangements. Christiane is a very nice and affectionate host. Communication was friendly and respectful. The cottage is located in a quite residential area. The amenities are top notch and nothing is missing. A parking space at the house is available. This place can be recommended without restrictions.

For us, Gut Koselau was the ideal place for a cozy family weekend! The large dining table invites you to play, the three bedrooms have found large & small space (a baby bed was provided to us) and the kitchen is equipped with everything it needs. Even with adhoc questions in advance, grit was always reachable. We will be happy to come back!

We really couldn't have imagined a nicer vacation. A beautiful house furnished with attention to the details, where really nothing is missing, a super well-kept garden completely fenced and thus exactly suitable for our dogs, and what is to be emphasized very well: an absolutely competent, helpful, honest, loving and always available manager: the Linda !! If there is a small deficiency at all, it is that the Wi-Fi does not reach into the garden, which did not bother us in any way. Hope to come back next year!!

Thomas is an extremely active host who makes it very easy and straightforward without being intrusive. We had a great stay at his place and felt completely comfortable there. For us, this place will be an option again should we be in the area again.

We had a lovely stay this Christmas at Christiane's place. The place is a little outside the city, 30 min walk, but it didn't feel like far outside the city. Christiane was friendly and helpful. The space was big, with lots of beds, and clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed.
