The place was great! Worth the money except for the stairs - not senior friendly as it's very steep. Also, the location going to the place was in between neighboring houses, like alleyways, sideroads and backyards. Other than that, the caretakers were very accomodating and approachable. They had all the necessities of a home plus more! The place was also very clean and convenient, with an amazing view and fresh air ♡

The place was great, spacious, clean, and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the bathroom, which had an unusual smell; it might have been related to the water supply. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Angeli's. The host was very responsive and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Butuan City. The place was able to accommodate our large group comfortably. There’s A/C available throughout the house and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. The welcome package was also a very nice surprise to receive when we arrived! The caretaker of the house was helpful whenever we needed to contact them. Misael was extremely responsive whenever we would message them regarding any questions we had. They are also very understanding of our situation and let us check into the house earlier without any issues! Will definitely recommend this stay to others staying in the area.

Cozy Home for 4 near Robinsons Mall

As evident by Jan’s background, the technology that’s built-into the house reflects his love of technology! Almost everything is smart-driven, especially the electricity management because when you leave the house with the smart key, most power shuts down in the house, maybe except for the fridge??? - until the time that you put back the smart key in the slot it’s supposed to go back in. The a/c units in the bedrooms also didn’t cool down to the desired temperature(s) and mentioned it to Jan. The house is centrally located. It is cute and cozy for a group of 3-4 people. One thing to be aware of is that the second room and bathroom is only opened IF you rent the entire house with at least 4 people. Since there were only 3 of us, I had to pay for a 4th person so we can use the entire house. The one thing that we had to adjust and mentioned this to Jan during our stay was the supplies and toiletries. You can just Jan about it so he can explain what he does to cut the cost down.

As per the description, very basic facilities but a great place to relax and unwind. An idyllic location a short walk to the beach and short paddle to a magical island. The island has an abandoned mansion with an interesting history. Crumbling but safe to walk through. Pack your lunch, a book, and sunscreen and while away the hours. A little hard to find, but Albert supplied a phone number as he was out of town and his assistant promptly came to guide us there.

Ms. Rochel was very nice and understandable of my situation. I had several mishaps with the time and had to check-in late, and she was always available for my updates. She still greeted me with smiles and helped me get in even at 8pm (which was pretty late in the province). The place was very warm and cozy with nice furnitures, and had ample space for the rooms. All necessities were provided and it even came with complimentary treats. I had no problem getting in and out of the compound. And the best part is, it is very close to the airport (just 10-15 minutes away) - which was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Overall, a nice and relaxing experience. Would definitely come back and stay again at her place. 😊

The place is really nice , the WiFi isn’t the best if you have to work remotely with a laptop and the cell phone signal isn’t great (but the host can’t help the local signal strength) All in, we had a great time and apartments are very secure and we will be back again.

I had a great time during my second visit, and I couldn't be more pleased with the location. It was like coming home when I returned, which is a testament to how cozy and inviting the place is. The property is immaculately maintained and completely pristine. They have the best hospitality! They answered all of my inquiries with remarkable promptness. I can state with confidence that this is my favorite spot to visit whenever I'm in Butuan because I've been here twice. This is a great house for an extended stay in Butuan. A little out of the city center, but with a great place to eat at 'All Home' just outside the subdivision. Claire was super friendly and helpful. Very well furnished with lots of kitchen utensils and cookware as well as a supply cabinet full of essentials like trash bags, towels and toilet paper. we were expecting the yapping dogs next door, so it didn't bother us too much but be forwarded. compared to other places in the area, Butuan, this place is the best. Electric power is limited, so when the hot water heater is used, other appliances must be turned off. you must also call to schedule water delivery. like a home away from home. much appreciated 👍👍
