Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Christina is a great host. The apartment was as described and well equipped.

Alvaro was an excellent host and with a lovely clean home. I would definitely recommend to friends & family. Vera/Garrucha is beautiful. Easy access to beaches and towns. Thankyou Alvaro!

Our stay was an excellent combination of relaxation and exploring. The house was amazingly comfortable and practical in every way. We have already booked for next year!!

100% recommend the place It has all the houses very well cared for, clean and with everything you need We went for the old night a group of friends and we were very comfortable Although the owner lives in the same estate but in another house apart we had no problem making noises even at night The two dogs and the cat on the estate are very friendly and behave very well

We had such an amazing Christmas break here at this beautiful villa, Sara and Dominic were welcoming hosts and the villa is beautiful in the most peaceful setting amongst the orange trees. The facilities are great with so many bbq space and the games room and beach tennis court as well as a kids area which our 1 year old loved. We would love to return as it is such a find we highly recommend. The surrounding areas of Vera and Mojacar are also great to visit especially Mojacar which is a stunning place to visit for sights and great food.

the place is mesmerizing. it's in the middle of mountains and pretty remote, however within just 15 minutes ride you can find villages La Izohia (also beautiful, by the way) and Isla Plana with supermarkets and restaurants. the nature around is also amazing, be sure to drive/hike around it. the apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and hosts even left me things for breakfast. i visited early March, so it was pretty cold outside, however the heating in the apartment worked very well - appreciated it. easy to find - just follow google maps location ("Ecoturismo Cabo Tiñoso"). i really want to come back some time to have longer holidays here 💚

We have been staying at Flori's entire family to celebrate our mother's 70th birthday and had a great time. The house is just as seen in the photos and true to the description. Flori and her husband have been watching over us at all times and we had a great time. It is a spacious house with great spaces for 10 people, both indoors and outdoors, and the little ones have had a great time with all the games, the bikes, the trampoline, the balls,...... endless things to enjoy the countryside and the outdoors. In short, a stay of 10 and Flori a host of 20 or more. Thank you very much for everything and we hope to come back someday, greetings from the whole family.

I stayed here with my partner, our 2 small children, my brother in law, his partner, their 2 small children and my mother and father in law. It was a great space and was very accommodating to us all. It had a fenced off pool and then enough space for the children to play around the full outside of the house. They loved whizzing around on the scooters that were already there. It had enough parking for 3 cars and we didn’t need to use the drive so that freed up more outside space. It had all the amenities to cook and live there without leaving the house. The outside cooking area is fantastic. The area itself is beautiful and only 5/10mins walk away from the beach and some nice restaurants and bars. Would definitely be booking again for next year. We had a very nice stay at our host's, from the moment we booked until we arrived on site we had great communication from Sharmie . When we arrived, our host was present and was able to introduce us to all the amenities of the accommodation . The house was in impeccable condition. We stayed in this house ideally located in a quiet residential area close to shops and about ten km from the beautiful beaches of bolnuevo and puerto de Mazarrón. We were able to take advantage of the many amenities and facilities that Sharmie made available to us to have a great stay indoors in the cooler thanks to very good air conditioning or in the sun in the garden by the pool, refreshing, all this in a quiet and relaxing setting. We will come back without hesitation , see you soon and thank you again.

This house has everything you could possibly need. Wonderful large private terrace with great views. Use of bikes and added bonus.

We had a lovely week here. The local beach, which you can walk to in about 30 mins or drive, is wonderful, and on October weekdays we had it almost to ourselves. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, with a good kitchen and barbecue area outside. The outside seating area was really nice with lovely plants and a decent amount of shade for those who prefer to keep out of the sun. It was hot for the time of year when we visited but the house remained nice and cool. Overall a really lovely house and garden to chill out in.

Wonderful place for all the family to stay. In a great location for amenities, walkable to beaches and restaurants. We loved this very spacious and well presented villa which was stocked with everything our group could wish for in an age range from 3 to 70 years. The air conditioned rooms were clean and comfortable with a big family room supplied with huge TV, books and games for all ages. The outside space and facilities were excellent with table tennis, golf putting and a super pool. Tracey has been a fantastic host who responds quickly and helpfully to any problems or requests. This is an absolutely magical place to relax and enjoy some quiet family time. We would highly recommend a stay at Villa Manchi.

The villa is stunning, set in a remote but beautiful location with panoramic views. We didn’t leave for days after our arrival other than for a supermarket shop! If you like a quiet and relaxing holiday in a wonderful setting with spectacular views, it’s perfect! The house is spacious and well equipped, the pictures don’t actually do it justice. Thank you Glenis and we are very much hoping to return one day soon ☺️

we really liked Colin's place, very cozy, spacious. The development is very quiet, the common areas are very cared for, the concierge of the development was also very attentive to everything.

The house is just as seen in the photos, very modern and comfortable. It had all the amenities and daily necessities (cleaning and toiletries, kitchenware, etc.). The best part of the house is undoubtedly the pool, the They take great care of it and it was nice to hang out there. Communication with Cristobal, the owner of the house, was very fluid at all times. He was always concerned to know if our stay was pleasant. If you are looking for a place to rest and disconnect, it is an ideal place

Wonderful finde! The apartment is nine, super clean and great equipped. The truth is that I was surprised by how close it is to the pool, literally you go out and there you have it, it's also very cool. The very good location, we made shopping in Mercadona which was next door and the ideal distance beach, close enough to approach you in just a few minutes and far enough to enjoy in a quiet area. A success to travel around this time of the year, temperature of 10 and super nice atmosphere. Thank you to the host for her treatment, super nice and attentive! Oh, and self check-in,no one relies on the keys, you enter with a code!!
