Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Aguada

The house itself was stunning, fully equipped with everything you could need for a beach vacation. The host provided a closet filled with coolers, beach blankets and scuba diving gear. Every morning, we stepped out the front door and were greeted by the beautiful ocean right in front of us, what a way to start the day! The house had a cozy vibe, and we did feel right at home in many ways. A few aspects that left us a bit disappointed. We expected a bit more privacy during our stay, but the host was on the property almost the entire time. She greeted us every morning and several other times during our stay. She swam in the pool; despite having told it would be just for us to use. This made us feel uncomfortable about using the pool. Another issue was the water temperature. We were only able to take one hot shower the entire time we were there. The water remained ice cold, which was a significant inconvenience. Especially after long days spent in the sun. I recommend with more privacy.

Excellent stay. Nearly all of the island suddenly lost power on New Years Eve and Hector immediately came to the home and fired up the generator to get us light, air conditioning, etc. He showed up often to refill the generator with gasoline until the power was restored on the island. Hector reached out often as well just to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. He even offered to let us stay longer than our reservation was. The home itself was clean, welcoming, and had more than adequate parking. This place is a gem.

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. My family and I felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The surroundings were breathtaking—so peaceful and serene, offering a true connection with nature. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Eddie and Elba were incredible hosts, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we felt welcome at all times. Their warmth and hospitality made our experience even more memorable. We would love to return and experience this little piece of paradise again!

This property was private and clean. Exactly what I was looking for. I stayed with my wife and young children, they had a blast running in the yard and playing in the pool. The outside bathroom was super convenient for my potty training kids. Host gave clear instructions, amd getting to the house was close and easy from Aguadilla airport.

The place was great and had everything we needed, outside area was amazing and the pictures do not do this place justice. Laura was very prompt with responses. Electricity went out for a bit which can happen on this side of the island and the generator turned it right back on. It should be noted regarding Verizon service that it isn’t the greatest service out there so just be mindful regarding putting in directions as soon as you can while you have service or while you have the Wi-Fi at the house. However it is also nice to disconnect from reality! The only thing we wished was that we were notified ahead of time that someone does come by to feed the cats daily, just for future reference but the cats were very friendly. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay. Places to visit: Crash boat beach Survival beach - get the ceviche ! Gozlandia waterfalls - visit both waterfalls

Our family enjoyed the stay. It was easy to go to the beach for a walk or dive. The house is just on the beach. The outside of the house is really enjoyable, nice sofas and table and lounge chairs. The rooms are cozy but very comfortable. It was very convenient 2 have 2 bathrooms for a family of 5. Kids could use the bathroom outside to get ready.

First and foremost the hosts were exactly how all Airbnb hosts should be! Helpful, friendly, and responsive. I would've given this place a 3.5-4 star review if not for the great hosts which made it a 5. The hosts were so great in fact that I feel bad sharing what I didn't like but I want to be completely honest for all other guest considering spending their family vacation in PR. My main issue was that the view of the ocean is not as good as photos suggest. Still, very nice accommodations with plenty of space for our group. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Great hosts! The construction next door was much more annoying than anticipated in terms of disrupting the view. To be fair hosts mentioned that in listing but I think photos of showing the view should be changed. Another con was neighbors barking dog because with the way the houses are built on an island it sounded like it was inside our house. I would happily stay here again, just not for $1200/night.

Pros: The view, the view, the view! The pool area right on the beach was amazing. The house was equipped with all of the essentials and the host was very responsive to questions. Overall, we enjoyed the house and the beautiful island. I wish the wifi was stronger, more consistent, and reliable, but my group made the best of it when work emergencies happened.

This is our 5th time staying at this location and we live it here. Wanda is an amazing host very responsive and she communicates at all times. The place is nice and cozy and super clean! Near restaurants and a few steps from the beach. Strongly recommend it!

Overall our stay was great! The beachfront location gave for beautiful views however the beach itself was not accessible due to rocks and other barriers. Two chairs were available for outdoor seating in a small patio area as well as beach chairs and a cooler. The place is cozy and equipped with the basic necessities for a short stay. The unit itself felt safe with multiple security features in place.

This was our first time to visit Puerto Rico, Conner’s place was just as described, the unit was clean and cozy. We had plenty of space and I was personally happier than I thought I would be with this unit. The extra things provided for the beach were so helpful and appreciated, the property is darling and quite peaceful. We appreciated the quick response to any questions we had! We have already booked a return visit to the island, I would absolutely stay here again when visiting the west side!

This airbnb was great and just as described. We stayed a week during New Years Eve. We felt safe and welcomed by the neighbors who even invited us to celebrate new years eve with them. The roosters are loud really early but the place is so cute and close to great beaches! It has everything you need like beach chairs , towels and umbrellas. The owners gave us spot on recommendations and were the greatest hosts. We’ll stay here again for sure.

Place is up on a ridge with beautiful wind and starry nights and nice views. No houses behind. Very central to all the beaches. Neighbours we met were fantastic as well to speak with as is Tara’s husband and son. We really enjoyed our time at Tartas and definitely recommend it. Nice little coffee area outside the apartment plus a grassy knoll outside the backyard to roam around.

Great place. Clean. Close to alot of things and principal road #2. Responsive host. I had issues getting in & out because of the door getting stuck however Miguel responded immediately. Happy New Year Miguel!

I think this place is really good to stay If you wanna get away from everyone, this is the best way to go This place is completely awesome for families and more Just is a little hard to find transportation so so you really have to rent a car in order to not to have those kind of situations … no taxi No Uber nada But the places a place it’s just great.. not complain about the place

A very comfortable place- 3 generous bedrooms, great beds, the 2.5 baths was helpful. But really: THE VIEW!! From every room! It was a good fit for us (traveling with very elderly family members) & very close to our favorite chicken place, Rancho de Carbon

The location is beautiful! The view from the balcony is amazing and we loved hearing the ocean waves crashing on the beach -- so peaceful. The condo is exactly as described with all the amenities. We reached out to the hosts during our stay and they responded quickly. Thank you, Michael and Alexandra for a wonderful stay.

Jay's rooftop is like an oasis with the refreshing sea breezes and sounds of the waves. Being above the other buildings made the space feel very private. I enjoyed the views during the day and the star filled sky at night. I'll definitely stay there again. PS: A note about the beach access. The main/direct access at the end of the lane is blocked by piles of organic debris (ex. tree branches) washed up from recent storms. To access the beach, you need to walk to the right along the lawn of the last house on the right then a slight left to where the grass gives way to the beach.

Everything was as described. The best part was the beach right outside the gate of the condominium. Clean and great to swim in.

Nice apt walking distance from the beach and the downtown. Very secure and with everything you need to have a nice time.

Very comfortable beds and lovely unit. Lots of great space and the sound of the waves was delightful. The nearby beaches had high surf, but we were there in the surf season and these beaches are known for surfing. The location was great for exploring the west end of the island.
