3 night stay, family of 5 plus dog. Flexible check in. Duncan was most helpful. Lovely apartment, conveniently located for exploring North Wales. Shops a few minutes drive away and the garden a nice place ( with horses in addjoining field) to relax at the end of a busy day.

Really lovely apartment. Big and very comfy bed with a nice modern bathroom. The kitchen had everything you needed and was really nice. Was decorated really well and the milk and Welsh cakes were a nice surprise. Fab location

Cosy home in the mountains, great as a base for a wintery weekend spent in Wales. Snacks in arrival and the cinema room made for extra relaxing evenings.

A really, really, really nice air b&b. Linda is amazing at communication and check in was really smooth. We loved our stay, it was such a cosy home from home after a long day hiking in Snowdonia national park, and my dog thoroughly enjoyed running around in the dunes down the road. The annexe had everything you could need, I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a relaxing break with their dog. The milk and surprise Welsh cakes were a great little bonus! Amazing place to spend my birthday - Thankyou! 😊

Great flat, ideal for exploring the local area. Equipped for all our needs for a two day stay. We chose the flat as we were attending a music venue. Having the venue, pub and flat in one place was ideal. Staff were very friendly and we had a very good night!

Rich was a fantastic host looking after my elderly parents! The welcome pack was unexpected and a welcomed treat. The accommodation was comfortable and as described the location was perfect for what they wanted and to meet with family. Rich was the perfect host from start to finish and communication excellent we couldn’t have wanted anything else and will look forward to staying again! Thank you! 😊

A stunning apartment with great views of the sea front. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and furnished to a high spec. Would love to stay longer but just a short stopover for work.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. We were very pleased, among other things, with the beauty of the view of Aberystwyth's sea, with the range of lighting options for the living room, with how well-provisioned the kitchen was, and with the smart TV! It was both a luxurious space and an intimate home-from-home. It was a truly lovely place in which to spend a few days. Katrin was a very proactive, responsive and considerate host in the leadup to our stay and when we had occasion to message her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to those visiting Aberystwyth.

The apartment and area are a little piece of heaven. The apartment has stunning views and everything you could possibly need for your break away. Great base to explore the area around and I recommend a train journey to take in the stunning scenery.

Right from booking Rachel was helpful and responsive, nothing was too much trouble - this continued to our stay! Upon arrival we were able to check in early with a welcome of the best lemon drizzle cake we’ve ever tasted! The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed, Christmas decorations were a bonus! Great recommendations for local restaurants and places to go. The location was perfect for exploring the area, zip world, black sands beach and cricceith were within easy reach. And a super fast reliable ev charger only 4 miles away which came in very handy! The hot tub and towels were a welcome addition on the rest days! Fantastic stay, would highly recommend!

Was very useful for us as family close by. Ann was super helpful at checkin and available almost instantly to show us round and get us settled. Will definitely be back if in the area.

Stunning, got upgraded too a fancier cottage when we arrived. Sadly we had to leave early due to weather but highly recommend.

Would highly recommend the Loft! Set in beautiful countryside, this cosy space with sloping roof and wooden beams was the perfect getaway. If it's not raining, there's walks, cycle rides and badger spotting; if it's raining, there's a hot tub and plenty of books! Would happily stay here again - Alison & Andre were communicative and helpful. Only thing to mention is the Wifi is only 2Mbps so doesn't allow streaming/TV, only light usage.

We spent Christmas Day at Simon’s property and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The kitchen was so well equipped we made a full Christmas dinner at home with no need for extra pans/equipment. The hot tub and outdoor shower were a massive bonus and highlight. Simon’s communication was brilliant and he was so friendly. The property was in perfect condition and we had a very cosy welcome on arrival. The local beach is a 5 min walk, as is the lovely town of Abersoch. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Simon!

What a beautiful little stay we had here, it's perfect for a getaway. Everything from Siwans responsive reply to messages to the small details for the host to go above and beyond, was great. Would definitely recommend & will most likely return next year as we ended up leaving engaged 💍..

We had a lovely stay here in ruthin, location was great just a short walk into town. Apartment was perfect everything you need with an amazing hot tub out on the balcony with lovely views next to the river.
