Victoria’s Place was absolutely amazing! Everything in the house was high-end, and it’s clear that Victoria has poured her heart, soul, time, and passion into every detail. Cristina especially loved all the art and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed—we were even able to cook a full dinner. The home was spotless, in a great location with beautiful views, and so peaceful—we never heard another person. Our only minor complaints were that parking was a bit tight (we had to move some large trash cans to get out because another car was blocking the driveway) and the air conditioning didn’t quite get the space as cool as we would have liked. That said, our stay was still fantastic, and we’d absolutely return. Well worth the money!

Shey was an incredible host! She was so communicative, attentive, and thoughtful. She had a welcome basket with a variety of drinks and treats ready for us upon our arrival. More importantly, the place was beautiful and private with the most spectacular view. Our kids felt right at home in their place. Having a pool in Saipan is an amazing bonus that we definitely took advantage of! We cannot thank Shey enough for her hospitality. She thought of everything we could ask for and took care of everything we needed. We truly had the best time during our stay and cannot wait to come back! 1000% recommend to everyone!

If you name 2 things I liked the most during my 3 night 4 day trip to Saipan, it would be Managaha island and the accommodation. The host was kind and visited the accommodation in person to show us where to eat and go. Saipan has been told that overall the infrastructure is not good compared to Korea. I was even told that hotels are distracted by what people usually expect. But no major complaints about Lake Park Guest house. I especially recommend it to a family trip for 4 people.

I'm glad I was able to stay at this Airbnb for my time in Saipan. It was very clean and comfortable, looked exactly as the pictures and how it was described, and was located in a nice private area. The owners were very kind and helpful and had plenty of recommendations for things to do on the island. Would love to stay again in the future!

The view is very nice! Christian kindly recommends landmarks and lends you snorkeling tools! There were a lot of Chinese people because of the host's characteristics, but they shared the cooking ingredients and it was so nice:) It's a great place to rent the best👍 of Pau Pau Beach in front of you. Thank you Christian, I had a lot of fun in Saipan. Hope to see you again someday!

My whole family had a wonderful stay at this house! We stayed here as a group of 8, and the space was incredibly spacious and clear, providing more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations. I really appreciated how the garden was shared but still felt private enough for us to enjoy some peace and quiet. The location was perfect—close to the city but not in the hustle and bustle, making it a cozy and private retreat. I loved the local recommendations for the market and restaurants. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located spot for family!

The accommodation was very good, I felt that it was very cheap for the price, and it was a very good location in many ways to travel by car. I saw all the places for two days, and they always responded to restaurants and questions, and they treated me kindly and took care of me during my trip, so I enjoyed my trip.

Marivac was by far the most thoughtful and genuine Airbnb host we’ve ever had. Her home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—from an air fryer to an Instapot. We cooked all our meals, saving a lot of money by not eating out. Her entire family was incredibly hardworking and kind, going above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. She even provided beach equipment like chairs and goggles, which we were able to use even when we weren’t staying with her. Despite being last-minute guests, Marivac accommodated us with ease, welcoming us as early as 9 a.m., far before the usual check-in time. The bed was comfortable, the view was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. There’s truly nowhere else we’d rather stay in Saipan than at her property. Marivac set a new standard for hospitality, and we can’t recommend her enough!
