Lovely little townhouse in Marstal. The house is newly renovated, with respect for the soul of the house, making it cozy and delicious to stay in. The house is one of the smallest townhouses in Marstal, with its 21 sqm on the ground floor, but the house has a good ceiling height and a really good use of the space, which gives the feeling of good space. The house also includes a patio and a lovely little patio. Townhouse is located 40 meters from the pedestrian street, 250 meters from the harbour, and a small kilometer from the lovely beach by the beautiful bathhouses.

Lovely fisherman's house. Close to town, harbor and sea

Lovely little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes and restaurants. The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to the Marstal Maritime Museum, the Marstal Motor factory, and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family . There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore appears nice and comfortable.

The house has good standing height (2 m) and as the only one in the street private parking space located facing Skippergade, where the entrance through the south-facing courtyard is also. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 140 double bed and 1 with 180 double bed + bunk bed, possibility of extra guest bed. Dining room with plenty of space, large living room, small functional kitchen and extra toilet on the ground floor.

Welcome to our lovely townhouse in the center of Marstal, where we have done a lot to set the stage for a cozy and relaxing base when you are going to visit our lovely Ärø island sea. The house has a super distribution with 2-3 rooms on the 1st floor and large bedroom on the ground floor, where there is also a living room in open connection to the kitchen. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower. The whole house is 124 sqm. There is a patio, as well as a garden that provides space to also enjoy the outdoors secluded.

Charming skipper house in the cozy part of Marstal, which with its narrow streets, small nice townhouses and cane roses must be the epitome of island idyll. Ground floor contains, dining kitchen, dining room, living room with TV and bathroom with shower. 1st floor contains: Room with 2 beds, 1 alcove (child size) and a large bedroom with double bed and a single bed. In addition, annex with 2 bunk beds. The most beautiful sunny wooden terrace and enclosed garden. Nice parking close to where there are charging stations.

Charming authentic townhouse in the middle of Ærøskøbing

Here you can stay in one of the medieval city center townhouses, equipped with modern amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and underfloor heating. From the cobbled street, you enter through the authentic door. A good sturdy staircase leads to the 1st floor with two bedrooms, each with a wide double bed. The ground floor contains living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and exit to the sunny garden. We are very thankful for the Arrebo family "getaway" and welcome you!

Vi har netop købt vores drømmehus i Marstal på Ærø! På Ærø er der så hyggeligt og roligt og det vil vi rigtig gerne dele med andre. Her kan I virkelig koble fra og komme helt ned i et ferietempo, der ikke kan fås mange andre steder. Der er rigeligt at opleve på øen. Om du er til kajak, vandreture, strand eller museumsbesøg. Vi giver jer gerne fif til dagsture :) I huset er der plads til 6 personer. I er velkommen til at skrive, hvis I har spørgsmål til huset, byen eller øen.

Cozy and beautifully restored town house in the heart of Ærøskøbing -the fairytale town of Denmark. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend or a nice family vacation. It has 5 beds in 3 separate rooms, a cozy livingroom, diningroom, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with steam bath. You are welcome to use the two private gardens; a sunny courtyard and closed front yard. We really love our small romatic house and hope you will enjoy and take care of it too :)

Lovely townhouse close to harbor and beach

Parking is allowed in front of the house. If I can't be there myself when guests arrive, you get a code for a key box that hangs to the left when you're big in front of the front door. The code for the Internet can be found in the top left corner of the white cabinet in the living room. You deliver the house cleaned, but unless otherwise agreed. The dishwasher, fridge and trash can are emptied. Bed linen, towels, or tea towels are not included.

Small townhouse from 1811 right by the square and the church in Ærøskøbing. Walking distance to everything in the city – ferry, shops, restaurants, beach etc. You have the house to yourselves and can use everything in the house. No TV. Free wifi. In the summer, Ærøskøbing is closed for car driving. So until September 1 guests can not drive in by car unfortunately, but there is free parking space 2 minutes walk from the house.
