Looking for a cozy home in Svendborg full of soul and charm?! Then look no further. This home has coziness, soul, and charm. The hostess, Louise, goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home and at ease. She comes with great tips and advice if needed. She's quick to respond when there's something you're not sure about. She seems like a warm and empathetic hostess. For example, upon our arrival, she had also left us chocolate and delicious Funen apple juice. It was a lovely surprise. In general, you feel very welcome in Louise's place. It's a lovely place for families with children, as there are toys - including Lego - inside that children can play with. Outside there is a large lovely garden - shared with the neighbors - where there is a cave in a tree and small cozy nooks. It's also a big plus that the home is close to pretty much everything - the pedestrian street, train station, and harbor. A lot of places are therefore within walking distance. For that reason, you do not need to use a car to get around inside Svendborg city. It's much easier to get around on foot or bike (if you bring it). Parking close to the home can be a small challenge-especially during the high season when there are many tourists in Svendborg. Luckily, we were able to find a parking spot where we first held a little somewhere (due to a time limit) and then had the opportunity to move the car closer to Louise's home. My recommendation would therefore be: Only use the car if you are going outside Svendborg and visit other cities. As previously mentioned, it's easier to bike or get around on foot from Louise's address. All in all, a really nice place with an excellent hostess who wants to make you feel comfortable in her home.

Lovely old house in a great location. Well equipped. Very nice garden.

It was wonderful in Michael's house!! There were only two of us and we could enjoy the space and silence. The garden was very beautiful, but we also liked to be in the conservatory. We thought all along that families with children would also feel very comfortable here. There is a lot to discover and the house has a wonderful charm. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and bathroom. Basic equipment for cooking is available. Michael was very quick to respond to messages or questions and we were very relaxed in the house. We tried the record player with the beautiful records - that was very special! :) Basically, you are in the home of another family. You can tell - it felt very warm and authentic. We may come back to spend more time there. :) Thank you for the time!!

Tine is friendly and quick to respond, and flexible with check-in and checkout. The house is nice and homely and has the coziest garden - and a very well-equipped kitchen! The best recommendations - at least we would love to come back when the apartment presents itself!

Great place when you want peace and beautiful nature right at your fingertips. The house is cozy and with its own terrace - lovely! Lovely bathroom and nice kitchen facilities. Iris is very smiling and welcoming. You have the experience of being able to get help when you need it, while having your privacy. All in all, a lovely place that we expect to come back to.

Everything went well, we'll be happy to come back sometime. Svendborg is a great small town with lots of small shops. The place was as we imagined it. Everyone was very satisfied and we enjoyed it very much. We highly recommend the place.

Super nice townhouse close to everything

Super nice house to live in and especially to enjoy the summer. good opportunities close to water and ice. Everything needed was on the side of the host family. Super flat car and cozy place to stay and be.

We can only recommend Bjarne's cozy townhouse in Rudkøbing. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated, clean and the courtyard is really lovely.
