Holiday rentals with lake access in Aegean Sea

The place has the best possible location right on the beach. We were 4 friends on vacation and had the best time. The property has everything you need, Panos has given many tips for activities.

It was very clean,cute, and as seen in the visuals. Ms. Firuze responded to our questions right away and was very helpful. It was a reliable and warm house. A place you may want to experience again and be very satisfied:)

Evangelos is one of the most hospitable people I've ever met. We were a group of 10 people and he had made sure to have us in the morning, wood for the fireplace, and generally formed a very beautiful environment. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, it is spacious, and very nicely decorated. We were all very happy with our stay, not only thanks to the house, but also Evangelos, who is a great and very good person.

My stay at Nurulla's place was nothing short of perfect. The home is peaceful, with an open and airy design that immediately makes you feel relaxed. One of the highlights was the terrace, which is ideal for watching the breathtaking sunsets. The backyard is also a lovely space to unwind. For beach lovers, several beaches are just a short 20-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy the coast. If you enjoy cooking, you'll find everything you need to make spectacular dinners. Plus, there's an abundance of fresh, local fruits and vegetables available just down the road. Don't miss the nearby olive museum for a taste of the region's history and culture. I highly recommend Nurulla’s place for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the area.

Wow! Angelo and Katerina’s place was just incredible. I’m not sure I have ever stayed in a more welcoming AirBnB. We had everything we needed. We loved being able to enjoy the outside space. It is really right in an orange grove. We had fresh orange juice from the oranges we picked from the trees every morning. It is a short drive into town, and very close to the Theos climbing area. It is also a short drive or walk to the beach. I hope we will be able to go back again someday!

An absolutely gorgeous home, right near the beach! the home and location were a dream. I spent a day exploring nearby mountain towns as well. Eva was so kind, communicative, and helpful in her direction of what to see and do.

The apartment was beautiful, as shown in the photos. It was clean, had a washer and safe which was important to us. It’s very modern and well designed. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was perfect. It’s only a few steps once inside which is very convenient.

The apartment was exactly as described, located in a quiet village, the in-house tavern offers authentic Greek cuisine, highly recommended. Ideal for travellers who want to be accommodated off the tourist mile. Very happy to come back, thank you so much for the wonderful time in Kos :)

The apartment is nicely located on the coast, only a one-way road between the garden and the beach. It was very quiet during the period I stayed here. The apartment was clean and tastefully furnished. The host was proactive in communication and responded quickly to questions. She is very thoughtful.

Such a lovely place with a lovely host. Always helpful and very good at communicate. The place is just like paradise in the very beautiful city of Petra. Everything is walkable from the apartment, the restaurants, the beaches and the city centre. We are definitely recommending eleni’s studio and the gorgeous Lesbos island. 🌸

We enjoyed the morning on the balcony with coffee, it was so quiet and the view of the water was lovely. The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed.

Bonjour, We were delighted to stay in this home, the inside of the house is spotless and pleasant to live in with its 2 terraces. The interior is very clean, the sheets and towels are very clean also impeccable bedding. We were warm when we arrived despite the A/C, it's settled after a few hours once the A/C started and the owner had us deliver a brand new fan by a store. Very responsive owner and attentive to his hosts. Very well located location, access to beaches, just 10 minutes from downtown Kos , nearby the possibility of renting quad bikes or buggy and cars and even bikes and scooters. I would highly recommend

The house is really beautiful and I even expected it to be smaller (it is a large studio, with a large bathroom); the location to the south (so in August it is very hot compared to other areas) is convenient for some beaches even on foot; in any case, with the car you go almost anywhere in 20-30 minutes (the streets are great in khytira). The house as mentioned matches the description and is clean and equipped with everything proposed and everything you need for a period of leisure and relaxation. Absolutely recommended, without any reservations. We will definitely be back!

Hello, Mr. Aytaç * 's house was exactly as seen in the photos and very clean. The House and Items were sufficient and very pleasant, everything worked smoothly. The view was even better than the location of the house and Kursunlu Bay, we had a really kwyif and comfortable stay in the valley with a very beautiful bay, cats, dogs and cats in the valley, thank you.

So when we arrived there had been some confusion on the part of the property managers, on our actual dates and because of this the pool had not been made ready and was unusable unfortunately, luckily the beach is very close so the kids were able to get to the sea, Konstantinos was great about it and dealt with our issue like a pro and In the end all was well

We look forward to coming back to the cozy and spacious house, which is in touch with the nature we have recently spent. Thank you so much for the endless treats of Mr. Asil and his mother. A place I can recommend for those who love nature:)
