Holiday rentals with beach access in Adenta Municipal

My stay ar Mr. Ayirebi's property was pleasant. From my 1st contact to my last he was extremely accommodating and reactive to every issue that I had. His staff was EXCELLENT and WAY more than I could have expected. Everyone checked with me periodically and wasn't intrusive. I relaxed appreciate them and their diligence whenever I needed their assistance. 💪🏾💯

Shadrach hosted me and my friends at a last minute request. His place is very beautiful and secure. Pictures don't do it justice. Will visit again if there is availability.

The house was lovely. We were very pleased with our ensuite rooms. We felt comfortable and safe. John (caretaker) was amazing and assisted whenever we needed him. Razma responded very quickly to any issues we had and was very accommodating. Overall a very lovely stay, in a nice neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend to others.

Very lovely apartment with beautiful interior

I truly enjoyed my stay. The apartment was spacious, had the best views and was very comfortable. I felt safe and truly felt at home during my stay. The amenities were great - especially the pool. The building is located at a prime location. The building staff and security was courteous and professional (especially Charles and David). The apartment was clean and Yaw was very responsive and had exemplary customer service skills. He was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure I fully enjoyed my stay. I definitely plan on staying here again. 10/10!

We stayed here for 12 nights and very happy with the apartment. All the amenities were as described and thankful for AC, WiFi and Netflix available. The swimming pool and gated community was an added bonus, and my children loved it the pool. Thank you Solomon.

William is an outstanding host who is incredibly kind and responsive. The place was wonderful. Do be aware that it’s in Nima, a neighborhood of Accra that is unfortunately not as developed as others. This takes nothing away from William’s place, that is absolutely marvelous.

This is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. The host was always easy to reach and responded immediately. The complex is very well maintained overall and you feel very safe. The highlight is the rooftop pool, from which you can watch the whole city. Unfortunately, the water heater made very loud unpleasant noises, which is why we always had to switch it off to have peace and quiet. Overall, we had a very nice week-long stay and can highly recommend the place.

The room came equipped with all the essentials, including a well-stocked kitchenette, a private bathroom with modern fixtures, and even a small balcony that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, my experience renting this room was nothing short of exceptional. The beautiful space, outstanding amenities, and the warm hospitality provided by the hosts made my stay truly memorable. Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, I cannot recommend this room enough. It is a hidden gem that offers comfort, convenience, and a charming atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay at Ara’s place. Oliver, her co-host, was kind, accommodating, thorough, and helpful. The unit is spacious and accommodated our family well. The pools were amazing! We used them every day and on many cases had the entire pool to ourselves. The air conditioning was efficient and helped greatly as our bodies adjusted to the heat. I also appreciated the generators that kicked on when we had a temporary power outage from a storm. We felt very safe in the complex as entry is controlled to registered guests and there is dedicated underground parking. We found the value for the unit to be very good. There were only a few items of feedback related to maintenance and light cleaning which I provided to Oliver but did not impact our stay. Oliver was very receptive to and thankful for the feedback. We would absolutely stay at Ara’s place again for the convenience, the space, and amenities of the unit and building (e.g. check-in / out, on-site pools, security, cafe, etc.
