Great stay, perfect functional and clean house in a great location, peaceful and peaceful. Large convivial spaces both outdoors and indoors and useful and private parking. Possibility of a barbecue that works great. Andrea is punctual, kind and thoughtful. Overall a very good experience.

We enjoyed our vacation on the fantastic island of Elba. The place with garden could not have been better for us and the two dogs. The view of the sea between the pine trees is another plus. The place is fully compliant with what was promised. The communication with Arianna and Alessandra was absolutely straightforward. We'd book back in a moment!

I highly recommend Podere Sasso Antico , a beautiful farmhouse renovated with good taste ( not the usual "rustic furniture") The pleasure of being on top of the mountain , with wide views, a breathtaking view, silence and starry nights and enjoying the sea by day, Baratti and surroundings, which can be reached in no time. Susanna is a welcoming and caring host, she will give you a lot of information , and Peppe (their dog) is adorable. The dirt road climbs into the woods but Susanna offers her off-road ( if you don't have a proper car) and this becomes a fun experience. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you Susanna 🤗

Like at home. We were welcomed with unique human warmth. The apartment is new, large spaces well divided for each room are large, well-divided spaces. Tastefully furnished, extra clean and tidy. Scented sheets. Possibility of green open space, the presence of very sweet animals and total cuddles!!! The hosts are attentive, present, proactive, and able to make you feel welcome. Good directions to the surroundings and extreme kindness. A small gift of very appreciated products. Apartment in an area very close to Cala Violina and with a car for a moment to other points of interest to visit. Always easily reached by supermarket car for any needs. Apartment with all the comforts. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

It was a wonderful vacation on the Island of Elba in this comfortable, beautiful house, with ample space within walking distance of the center and the Beach of Marina di Campo. Also great for those who, like us, brought The dog.

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.
