Satenik has created a beautiful retreat in the woods. The house is stylish and well-designed, but the surrounding nature truly steals the show. We loved waking up to the morning views and even spotted some animals wandering around the yard. Satenik’s parents were incredibly welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and breakfast they prepared for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape and quality time with loved ones.

The location was perfect 💚 Communication with the host was seamless; they were quick to respond, accommodating, and made sure I felt right at home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The surprise of the town of Alaverdi, the room is very well decorated and very well equipped.Host guidance is very accurate.We checked in twice in time.Highly recommended!

Dilijan is sooo worth visiting. Staying at this house maxed out our experience. Ruben is friendly, the house feels very homey, we were lucky enough to experience snow. Would definitely revisit and stay here again. Don't miss out!

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights while visiting Armenia (mid December) was exactly what we were looking for, a private and peaceful hut with all amenities you could ask for. Vahe the host was easy to contact and met us on arrival to show us around. The hut itself was cosy but spacious, there was only two of us but would be perfect for another couple had we came with others. The location is perfect for traveling to see lake sevan and further afield. The hot tub was ideal and was more than hot enough to sit in -11 and be comfortable. The rest of the garden (fire pit, bbq and seating area) we didn't utilise due to the cold weather but would be amazing in the summer. Added bonus for us there was a lovely dog that came and visited the hut, I appreciate that may not be everyone's ideal situation. All in all I couldn't fault anything here, apart from some building work in the area but that cannot be controlled by the host. 10/10 for me!

Good apartment on the first floor of the house (with a separate entrance), very close to the city center, a lot of local restaurants in a walking distance. Well furnished kitchen, the entire apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Host was very kind and responsive.

Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

Armine's place is super beautiful and stunning with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped and the place is very clean. <3 Communication with Armine was also very good. She was very responsive. It was pretty amazing sleeping under the sounds of waves from the Sevan lake.

We had a beautiful stay at Karot, nestled in the heart of the mountains with stunning views and a natural firecamp. Karot was very helpful with pickup and drop-off from Goshavank, making the trip smooth and easy. Just a heads-up—there are no shops nearby, so be sure to bring everything you’ll need with you. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I’m sure everyone will love it! Bring your loved one they will enjoy every minute.
