Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Accord

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

We stayed here for one night on NYE. Andrew was very kind and allowed us to check-in early since we had an obligation right at 3pm. The space itself was very clean and welcoming. The location is wonderful being located right off the main street and within walking distance to everything. We were unsure about how the noise levels would be considering it was NYE, but it was very quiet with little to no noise at all from the neighboring apartments. We did get some rainfall overnight though and it seemed to make some unusual noise against the back of the building right behind the bedroom. Thankfully, the very comfy and quiet bed kept me asleep. Other than that, we had a great time during our stay and would certainly book again if we go back to Hudson.

This place is fabulous! I was looking for a place for a long weekend retreat and was delighted to find this listing. The apartment is large, well appointed, and very clean. Below is a gorgeous spa/yoga center, where I treated myself to two treatments over the long weekend. All around are great restaurants and shops. I didn’t get in my car once after parking because I just wanted to soak up the serenity of this apartment, the spa below, and the historic street in Hudson. I envision returning with my husband, with friends, and alone for another personal retreat. Thank you for such a great stay!

We were staying at a different Airbnb in Hudson when water started to leak from the bathroom ceiling at 10:30 in the evening. We saw Claudia's place seemed available, and she replied to me right away, confirming that her place was free. We were very happy to have made the switch, her place was charming, full of old character, and very comfortable. And Claudia was very friendly and responsive, making our late night move much easier. We would stay here again.

Graham’s place is an excellent choice when visiting Beacon. The location is perfect—walking distance to Main St and a couple doors down from the Beacon Daily which is a fantastic restaurant. The place was very clean and Graham is a quickly responsive and excellent host.

Amazing location on Main Street. We walked to Good Grocer, Watershed and the General Store. So convenient. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. Two nice bedrooms and the bonus art studio! Love the claw foot tub and old farm sink!

Our second lovely stay with Diana and Mark. Super clean place and great area. Only good things to say and can’t wait to go back.

What a beautiful, spacious home. It was perfect for our group of 6 to get snowed in together! Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and there was lots of space. Easy access to tons of restaurants and shops. Christina was very responsive when we had questions. The heating system is a bit loud as it goes on and off if you sleep in the downstairs suite; the second night we used a white nose machine and it helped a lot.

This place was so amazing and so much fun! She was not only very communicative but also friendly and welcoming! I got sick the day before we were supposed to arrive and Patti worked with me to find new dates to enjoy their gorgeous place. Patti is so responsive and very detailed with lots of recommendations. Cannot recommend enough

My wife and I have stayed multiple times at the Delaware house in Andes , NY . We have stayed in studios in the Long House and have stayed in the Main Delaware house . All of it is great and comfortable , this weekend we had the main house to ourselves with two cats and had a great weekend , super cozy and clean . Andes is a great middle ground area for us to stay because we enjoy driving around seeing different farms , hiking , restaurants and discovering new towns, although Andes is our quiet town to enjoy some peace. Much to offer .

A wonderful time was had by all. The property was exactly as described, very comfortable & had very few rules (yay!). There was even a nice blanket of snow on the ground that made everything, including the awesome hot tub, that much cozier. Margie was proactive in providing helpful info on local establishments and was quick to respond to our few questions. Thanks for our great holiday getaway!

This is a great place! Great location, beautiful house, and the hot tub was a welcome relief after the conference every day. We had a group attending a training and it was a perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Carina’s place was perfect for a getaway from the city. It had everything we needed and was super close to shops and restaurants in Hudson. She was also very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

We always love staying at Ed's houses. This was our first time at this specific house, and it was lovely. It was spotlessly cleaned and spacious, and our family was able to enjoy cooking a Thanksgiving meal in the beautiful kitchen. Ed is always responsive and accommodating. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Ed!

Me and my family of 4 ( 6 and 3yrs old), absolutely felt so at home at Denise home. My kids were really sad we were leaving. The house was spacious and cozy. very very clean. They had some kids DVD movies the kids never seen and board games which were fun. We were there during a snowstorm and it was like a post card. We have family that lives on the other side of the Creek and it was so easy to stop over to see them and hit up the supermarket in case we needed anything for the storm. We were a little worried about the road, but Denise let us know that in the middle of the night they would start plowing, so it worked out great. My littlest one asked that we come back to the blue house and it will definitely be a place we choose again and recommend. Thank you so very much for such a nice place to stay.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and comfy! We especially love the bed and pillows.

We had a wonderful time skiing at Hunter Mountain as Luiza's cozy ski-in/ski-out condo was perfect for our short getaway. Luiza was a fantastic host, who was exceptionally friendly, proactive, and responsive. Her recommendations were spot on. Her condo was very clean, warm, and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a great weekend. We look forward to returning sometime in the future!

we enjoyed our stay at the cozy condo, and the accommodations made for a perfect 2 day ski trip to Hunter with ski on ski off access. self check in was easy and house instructions were clear. We would stay here again.

We had a small issue when we arrived at the apartment but Anna was super pro active in finding a solution. The house is cozy and has everything you need in order to spend a great time after ski.

Cullen was an exceptional host. The space was exactly as described, with plenty of supplies. Communication was stellar. The condo had plenty of extras like clean linens and blankets, there were even additional chargers set up and toiletries if we needed. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms very clean and updated. Parking right in front. We felt safe and comfortable. This AirBnB is 5 minutes to Windham mountain and minutes from Town. Plenty of places to eat and shop. I highly recommend this Host and property. If we ever go back, we will try to re-book with Cullen.

LOVED staying in this condo. The condo is beautiful and so much room for our group to stay in. We were two families and a grandpa (total was 5 adults, 5 children). Location was incredible. The condo was filled with all the amenities you could need during the stay. Plenty of towels and even toothbrushes if you forget yours. Will definitely stay again.

Mary’s place is nice and clean, right in the center of town. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. We had an amazing stay at Gerry’s place during our ski trip! The location was perfect, just a short drive from the slopes, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed after a day on the mountain. Gerry was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and thoughtful.
