Eric was an excellent host. He was very responsive to inquiries from the beginning of our reservations to after the time had lapsed. He was very accessible. The property was as advertised and we very much enjoyed the surprisingly quiet setting with good access to both the town and metro. The rental space was spotless and the grounds were very nice. The hot tub was a nice way to end a day of sight-seeing. Would definitely seek out his accommodations should we be doing anything in the D.C. area in the future.

It was enough for our team of 13 people and it was a home away from home. It was a clean, well organized, and maintained accommodation without any shortcomings. This is the place I'd like to stay again for a long time. We were able to enjoy and enjoy it more here, but it was winter and it was a shame that we stayed for a short period of time. Thank you very much for your host.

My husband and I wanted to do a relaxing getaway in a place with a jacuzzi... This was perfect. Its in the middle of National Harbor, so its right next to all sorts of restaurants etc. The suite is great, featuring a kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bath with jacuzzi, and 2nd bedroom and bathroom. We could eat out or eat in, since there is a CVS within walking distance.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Natalie's beautiful and roomy place. The house is lovely and very well stocked/ supplied. Natalie even provided a roasting pan in case we should require one during our Thanksgiving celebration there. The home is so pretty, and attention to detail is impressive, such as artfully folded towels. Beds were comfortable and the house is very clean. The location is lovely also. Natalie was very helpful and kind and thoughtful- she's a great host. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Doug's cottage is just lovely - super clean and airy, comfortable, quiet. In mid-February, the lake must have had 20 swans on it, gliding from one side to the other every morning. It was surreal. We loved nearby Annapolis and the US Naval Academy as well. So much to do, even on a cold and rainy weekend.

Miguel's place was perfect for our needs. It was near friends that we were visiting and near coffee, restaurants, a farmers market and was very walkable. We were a 15 minute walk from the Metro so we were able to travel downtown for museums, etc. Miguel made sure to communicate with us about his dogs and it was exactly as presented. You could hear them moving about upstairs during the day but not an issue for us. Everything was quiet during the time that they committed to. We had a great nights sleep both nights. The bed was firm. I loved that part. My wife prefers the bed softer but we both slept well so not a problem in the end. Everything was clean with snacks provided. We will definitely stay here again when visiting in the future.

Villa Nelly was such a fantastic stay. 6 out of 5 stars! First our host was so friendly, thoughtful and communicative. Check in was a breeze and keyless. Monica made sure to follow up and check in at the start, midway through my stay and at check out. The villa was exactly as described in the listing and even better in person. It was beautiful, inviting, clean and cozy. A great getaway within the city. Felt right at home. Villa Nelly had all the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. There was a list of instructions for amenities in the Airbnb and In addition there were thoughtful touches such as a list of local places to try even down to the nearest cvs for quick necessities. Loved the curated selection of records for my stay. Check out was thoughtful as well. It was a no hassle checkout, instructed to enjoy the last moments of the stay. I would stay again and again at Villa Nelly.

I had a great experience staying at Melinda’s place! The location is very private and perfect for an extended stay. Both Melinda and her husband were gracious hosts and even had me over for dinner.

I loved my stay at this little flat. It was very clean, and there was a french press and electric tea kettle, which was very nice to have as a person who cherishes my coffee made to order. There were little snacks available, coffee, tea, and sweetners. Cari was very responsive and made sure that I was comfortable, yet was not intrusive at all. I felt safe in the neighborhood and was able to walk downtown to the convention center very easily. It was a quick 10 min bus ride back to the flat. I could park my car next to the flat and walk or ride where ever I needed to go. Even an Uber was only like $15 to get to downtown. There is a lovely little eatery called Laos with very good prices and fast service that is only a quick walk away. I would highly recommend this spot. You will love it and feel very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, the space was inviting, and it was well stocked with cooking supplies and extra toiletries.

This is a perfect way to explore and enjoy Washington DC. Close to so many things. This perfect location enjoy the great city.

The location and unit were amazing. The amenities in the building, as well as the walkability to restaurants and the National mall, made this a fantastic location for our long weekend. If you want to stay in this area, you’ll either be in a corporate apartment or hotel, so having the space and amenities of an apartment was important for our family including in unit laundry and the pool. The only downside was the communication. Being a corporate apartment, I realized we’d be corresponding with different people throughout, but it seems no one put notes about our arrival time or check out requests in the file as we were asked 4-5 times what time we’d be arriving (including being asked how check in went hours before the arrival time we’d previously communicated on 3 separate occasions). There was also conflicting info given about check in (whether someone would be at the front desk or special arrangements needed to be made due to arrival time) and check out depending on who answered.

We had a last minute change and had to book Amir's place and I'm soooo glad we did. The home is absolutely beautiful. It's so spacious. We were a group of 5 and everyone had their own space. The property could easily accommodate a group double our size. All of the amenities are just icing on the cake. Ashauna was so nice and responsive to our every question. It was the perfect stay and we'd definitely go back! Oh! The showers were a little tricky. If you turn the handles all the way, it's cold. Hot is closer to off. Just a tip for the next guests. My family and I loved this place. It has great views from every room, and while incredibly spacious, it's very cozy. We had space to be private, but still warm places for family experiences. The amenities are great, the kitchen has all you need, and has great dining spaces. Also, Sam and Ilene were very accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we were online. Finally, I love being near the water and this place delivered. (I want to return in the summer.)

A perfect little apartment in an extremely nice building. A major grocery store, a Metro station and a wonderful downtown area filled with restaurants were short walks away. The host was very patient, accommodating and helpful as we were delayed in arriving at our planned time. We couldn’t be happier and would certainly stay there again the next time we visit the DC area.
