Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Abondance

We arrived and left late. The host was very accommodating about it. The TV was a good size and had Netflix. We only stayed 2 nights and only ate in restaurants. The kitchen looked clean and properly equipped even though we didn't use it. They want you to take out the trash and remove the linens. I find that a bit annoying since you also pay a cleaning fee, but those are their rules and they're not completely unreasonable. The bike path is easily accessible which was important to us.

Very pleasant and functional accommodation for a perfect family holiday

our stay went very well: the cottage is very comfortable, spacious and well arranged, with beautiful views and a quiet garden, all in a very beautiful area with lots of possible activities. Only downside: the windows of the living room are missing blinds, so the heat of summer is difficult to bear in the living room (the bedrooms remain pleasant). I would highly recommend.

A beautiful, large family house with a large and fully furnished kitchen. Barely a living room (approx. 3×3 meters, next to the front door), so limited seating comfort. 7 bedrooms including 4 with a double bed (140 cm wide) and 3 with 2x single bed. Terrace next to the front door and a large terrace next to the house, both sunny. No garden (should you bring your dog, pay close attention). On the ground floor and in the attic a bathroom, toilets on all floors. The house is some distance away on a main road (gives some noise), near the center of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe; you can go buy walking bread or eat out in one of the restaurants. Beautiful surroundings with mountains (Mont Charvin and views of Mont Blanc on several walks), swimming lake in Flumet, variety of lifts that are open. 1.15 hours drive to Annecy train station, approx. 45 minutes drive to Albertville. WiFi available. No washing machine (laundry nearby), no TV. Very friendly, helpful hostess!

Great location and brilliant view!

We have stayed in airbnbs all over the world. This was, by far, our best airbnb experience! This home is far nicer and more unique than we expected. It is modern, but built on the bones of a 14th century house. This makes for interesting architectural features. There are views of the Alps and Lake Geneva from every room. The beds are comfortable. There are multiple bathrooms and all have good water pressure. The kitchen is well-stocked. The parking spot is very tight. If you have a larger vehicle than discuss parking options with Claudia ahead of time. Claudia is the nicest host we have encountered. She is incredibly responsive. She offers a multitude of suggestions. She and her husband will help problem solve anything for you. We were sad when it was time for us to leave and if we return to Montreux, we will definitely stay here again. We were

We had an great time in the apartment and would be happy to come back. Directly in front of the house is the bus stop. You can only get to the Linga lift three stops further. But you can also continue to Pré la Joux. Bus is every 15 minutes. This was perfect for us. Also the cross-country skiing trails were nearby - by car only 4 minutes away, directly opposite the Intermarché supermarket. The apartment was very cozy and optimal for four people. The kitchen is well equipped and it also has a raclette as well as a fondue. Our boys really appreciated the twin beds and their own room and bathroom. We adults had direct access to a separate toilet with shower. Communication with Eric and Julie was great (always available quickly and very helpful). We will be happy to come back! We were a group of 4 friends who came to discover the city and we had a lovely stay. We were very well hosted by Arnaud and his partner. We had very good tips for visiting the city. the location of the apartment is ideal. the communication with Arnaud was perfect and the accommodation too. I highly recommend him.

A very nice apartment for 6! Well laid out and well equipped. Bedrooms are not so large. Great location for starting skiers and snowboarders.

Lovely stay at Joanne's place. Everything was as described. Location is great for the ski slopes if you have a car, as I did. The apartment was very clean. It's a perfect size for one or two people. Many thanks for everything.

A very well equipped and perfectly located apartment, very close to the ski lifts. The only downside: there is no Wi-Fi, but for us it was not very important.

Great place in a great location. Really friendly hosts. Ideal for long weekend of skiing or summer activities in Alps. Immaculately clean. Central location is fantastic for getting around, but can be a bit noisy at night if you worry about that sort of thing!

Great apartment, modern and well equipped. Just right for 2 of us and within 10-15 mins walk of both main ski lifts and the town centre. Host was really helpful throughout the booking process, in advance of check in and just prior to check out. Would definitely stay again.

Very good weekend the center is very close just a 10 minute walk which allows you to get away from the car. Great place - clean, true to the photos - very peaceful.

Perfect accommodation. At the foot of the slopes, it's royal. Aurélie accompanies us with a few messages that reassure us. And the click clac is new, very comfortable. I would recommend it in a second.

Very nice rental with stunning views of the waterfall. Everything was impeccable. Numerous activities and hikes close by. Very peaceful environment conducive to healing. The pool is a real plus after a day of hiking!

Great location and superb host. The property worked for us but very steep stairs up to the bedroom with little head clearance. The shower door was also broken but overall a good stay and would still recommend.

Coming for a week's stay with 2 children, we were welcomed very well and the accommodation is ideally located to shine around the Lake. The space has an exceptional view even more impressive than the photos. The environment is very peaceful. We recomand of course .
