We had an amazing time staying in Fiona’s cottage. It was clean, warm and cosy. Everything you needed plus more was there and it was a great location, while still being quiet at night. Fiona and her husband were extremely welcoming and responsive. We would love to come back again!

This caravan is in a quiet location between Montrose and St Cyrus.

Was a great stay for me and three friends traveling the highlands! We could park our van easily which was a plus.

Beautiful tepee, in a beautiful and peaceful location, with stunning natural places to visit and a wonderful host. A trip to remember. If I could give 5+ stars I would.

Booked accommodation to relax and recharge my batteries. It certainly did that. I love the location. Excellent site, excellent hosts. This is my fourth or fifth visit and definitely will be back. It is perfect for relaxing and also perfect for children. With lots to do on site and surrounding area. My 5 year old great nephew loves the play park. Plus they now have a cafe in the big house as well as the shop. As Arnold said I’LL BE BACK 😄 5/5

Lovely static caravan - warm, welcoming, comfortable - situated close to the beach, forest and coastline. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone solo or family traveller!

The space was well designed with thoughtful touches, private, with seats outside in the sun, wifi and TV excellent, well heated for the season, good shower, electric hob and microwave, fridge. Quiet at night despite houses close. Comfortable with easy parking and swift access to all surrounding countryside . The villages of Tarves and Methlick are very close, both have shop, bar and meals but check openings. . the Ythan valley and Gight woods offer lovely walks. will return. Jane

Very responsive hosts, clean premises, quiet location, parking spot available. Only slight negative was the bed; mattress was very firm, and my boyfriend (6'4") struggled with the footboard. Otherwise great location to be near Meldrum House Hotel.

Lesley was an amazing host and made us feel welcome. The place was very clean and in a great location. In the run up to, and throughout the trip, Lesley was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Had a lovely time catching up with family and friends. Great caravan with lots of space and very clean and tidy. Will defiantly be back.
