Very clean accommodation, spacious, uncluttered decoration, great view , no opposite, secure and very quiet residence. I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

We spent a weekend at 5 in the apartment. Everything went very well, very fluid communication with Fabien who was very accommodating (thank you!). Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment.

We have been coming to this apartment for several years at the Lumière festival and we are delighted.

Beautiful property with a characterful house and a large wooded lot on which you can park cars. It's a calm and charming place close to all amenities. The welcome is warm and the hosts are available . The apartment is spacious with a nice layout. Comfortable bedding, kitchen with all amenities. We enjoyed our stay.

Sparkling place to stay. Good location, easy to reach by transport and on foot. Place on the private parking difficult but there is always one on the streets around. Really very responsive host, she adapts as best she can to make sure you have a good stay. Special mentions for the really well done indications. Small downside for the payment of electricity apart but it is indicated in the listing so to everyone's taste. Thank you again for a great stay at your place. I recommend.

Great place to book if you’re on a pit stop to Lyon, checkin was top notch and the view quite nice. If you’re 2 or a couple, don’t hesitate.

Very quiet residence, very good bedding, very easy parking, beautiful walking tours to do in the countryside just behind the residence and at the same time Lyon is right next door accessible by car or public transport. We had a lovely stay with the family.

The listing description is what I expected. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The master bedroom does not overlook the road which allows you to sleep quietly.

The apartment was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very tastefully designed. Even though the living room gives on the street side, this apartment is quiet, especially the bedroom that was on the courtyard side. Alexis was very communicative whenever I had any questions. The only downside during my stay was that the elevator was sometimes not working - the apartment is on the fourth floor. Otherwise, I highly recommend staying here for up to two people.

Superb and spacious apartment. the host provides what it takes to settle in without going to the store to do last-minute shopping. Very attentive, a welcome bottle and warm apartment. In short, I can only advise to spend a few days in Lyon. You are in the center in about twenty minutes by metro/tram, 5 minutes from the confluence museum, etc., and at the same time you are in a quiet area. thanks again for your stay

Very lovely and cozy place. We really enjoyed our stay. We felt home! Very clean and all home facilities available. Private parking available inside the residence. Azel was very friendly and responsive. I really recommend that place!

We found a clean, spacious apartment equipped far above the usual standard. We stayed there for 10 days with 4 people and got along well with the size of the apartment. The highlight is the swimming pool, which can be used. A wonderful way to cool off on warm days. The pool has not overflowed even in high heat, so you feel very comfortable there. Clémont is a very accommodating, helpful host. He gives good tips and answers questions promptly. The city center of Lyon can be reached quickly and easily by bus and U-Bahn. We can definitely recommend a stay there!

We were coming to spend a weekend in Lyon with the family and Linda's place was able to meet all our expectations. Pleasant residence, clean and spacious apartment. As well as a special note for Linda's responsiveness. We would recommend it in a second.

For this last-minute rental, our host was responsive and flexible on our arrival and departure constraints. The apartment was very well located in our context, comfortable, clean and well-equipped, in a quiet and pleasant residence (the little evening bath, even freezing, was very pleasant😉).

Christophe's apartment is really great. I was there alone, but there's enough room for 4. There's everything you need. Christophe has thought of all the details. The wide terrace has beautiful skyline views. The pool is large and well maintained. Close by there is the shopping center with a Carrefour department store which is very easy. I was there for work. Initially I chose this apartment because it's between Lyon and work. And I chose well because both places are easily accessible thanks to the bus stops 5 min walk away. Christophe responds to messages. Bravo also to the caretaker of the residence who is very friendly and takes good care of the buildings and swimming pool! Would go back for sure!
