Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 7th arrondissement

The accommodation is spacious, modern and very quiet. We really enjoyed this house for a weekend, 5min walk from the center of the village. We recommend!

Jacinta knows how to welcome her guests. She's happy to answer questions. Her house has a soul. Pleasant place because in the middle of Lyon you can't imagine this style of dwelling. Right next door a lot of shops, no need to take the car.

The accommodation is clean and super cute. A parking space inside the courtyard + possibility to park next door for free. Sabine is available and responsive as needed. I recommend it without hesitating!

Very welcoming hosts! The accommodation is great, very well located. we enjoyed being able to sleep in one same room with our daughters. Accurate to the photos, very well equipped, we enjoyed the little touches like coffee. We'll come back if we need to, we recommend it!

Beautiful house identical to the photos and very clean. Flexible host on schedules , quiet environment, very good communication with Sarah . House with all the necessities (hair dryer, papers , linens , coffee ...) We had a great weekend with the family (6 adults 1 child ) . Lots of board games and books available. We felt right at home after a lot of miles . Thank you:)

Great place! Lovely and spacious with 2 large double bedrooms and a good size living area. Everything you needed. Car parking was perfect too. Location very good. Would definitely come back again.

A very nicely located accommodation especially if you are there for a slightly longer period of time is very convenient and recommended. It was very clean the bus left nearby and it is also a very quiet area.

Xavier's apartment is lovely, comfortably furnished, and located in a thriving area within walking distance of sights, shops and restaurants.

A tastefully decorated home where nothing is missing and impeccably clean. A responsive host who provides all the answers to the questions asked quickly. For the taking of keys it is also perfect where everything is well detailed. The tram is a step away from the apartment which is also a plus. I highly recommend it!!

Guillaume’s place was fantastic! Beautiful, easily accessible and clean - the apartment matched the pictures perfectly. The surrounding areas were beyond beautiful and there is amazing food in the area. Guillaume is also a wonderfully responsive host and was so helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Very nice accommodation with all the comforts and many CDs to put in a relaxing atmosphere. The surrounding neighborhood is worth a visit, but beware of the coastline and stroller stairs 🙃

Very quiet residence, very good bedding, very easy parking, beautiful walking tours to do in the countryside just behind the residence and at the same time Lyon is right next door accessible by car or public transport. We had a lovely stay with the family.
