Luxury rentals in 2nd arrondissement

If you are looking to stay in one of the best areas of Paris, with the best shops, boutiques, and restaurants, then stay here in the 8th. You are in the heart of the fashion district. Very safe - you have to go thru three locked doors to get to the unit - which was important while traveling with a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. The apartment looks like it is from a designer magazine. Would love softer beds but we wouldn't stay in any other arr. The location is amazing. Ubers are always nearby.

Amazing apartment in a brilliant location, walking distance to all major attractions in Paris. Wonderful host dedicated to making your stay great. Highly recommended.

The view is exactly as you see in the pictures. It’s stunning. The property beds, furniture, etc. are all high-quality. The cleaning is good not at the level of a five star hotel but definitely clean. Host responsive. The elevator did not work the entire time we were there and you’re climbing a bunch of stairs. We have a handicap child making it very inconvenient. The host offered to move us to another property, don’t want to pack and unpack multiple times paid for the view. So we carried her or took 10 min going up and down. If you don’t mind risking climbing a bunch of stairs with suitcases this shouldn’t be a problem or just travel light. Feels like a property of this value should be able to have elevator repaired in a day. There’s a small café right outside the door… And obviously you can walk over to the Eiffel Tower. Overall good.

We write few reviews, but it is hard not to write one for our experience at Homanie’s apartment in the 6/7th Arrondissements. The apartment is lovely. It is beautifully appointed and the pictures online are accurate. The views—both front and back—are simply spectacular. Perfect “roof tops of Paris” views! Open the windows/doors and Eiffel Tower lights and Paris breezes rush in. Excellent restaurants abound and the best boulangerie is literally across the street. We love to walk and the walkability from this apartment is exceptional. A bank ATM is around the corner. Le Bon Marche is an easy walk. The sights and sounds of the heart of Paris are all around you. Beyond all this, the concierge service was wonderful. Shiv was a true gem and we cannot say enough about Antoine. He catered to all our requests and quickly arranged for a doctor to visit the apartment when our daughter had a medical need! The owner welcomed us with a lovely hand-written note and bottle of champagne. 5 STARS!

Wonderful location, very nice and clean apartment. The space was ample and modern. Hosts were responsive and accommodating! I would definitely book again on our next trip to Paris!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve stayed in Paris dozens of times, but this apartment truly took my breath away—it’s hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous: stylish, thoughtfully designed, and filled with natural light. But the best part is the view—unreal!!! I didn't even want to leave the apartment because I was looking outside the window all day! The location is perfection—tucked into one of the most incredible and charming neighborhoods in the city, with everything you could want just steps away. From cafés and boutiques to quiet corners and iconic sights, it’s all right there!! The host was warm, responsive, and made everything so smooth from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for that magical Paris experience, this is the place. I’m already dreaming about coming back!
