Very nice apartment. Surprised by the cleanliness and optimization of the space.

Our stay at Sarah’s place was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore Paris. The location is perfect as it is in a quiet area and really close to the subway and several buses. The apartment is very cozy and had everything we needed for a confortable stay. There are awesome restaurants and great bakeries only a few steps from the apartment which was super convenient! Sarah was very communicative and easy to talk to and made sure we had all we needed at all time. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope it will be available next time I’m in Paris.

Such an incredible experience in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. We were so lucky to have stumbled upon this apartment and had an amazing time living like locals. We explored all over Paris during our two-week stay but kept finding the restaurants, cafes and bakeries in this part of this city were the best so we didn't have to gofar. The apartment is on the top floor so it gets lots of natural light and was very comfortable and quiet. Jérôme met us when we checked in and gave us great recommendations for places to check out nearby. He was very communicative and super easy to work with. We highly recommend and hope to get to revisit soon!

I was travelling with my 7yr old plus a friend with her 7 year old. This apartment was great! We were late arriving in the night but Bernard greeted us and made us feel very welcome. A bottle of wine was much appreciated after the journey! The apartment is very Parisienne - lovely high ceilings and architectural details and it was lovely and warm. The shower was large & well equipped, with really good shower pressure. We loved that after a long day of sightseeing we could go back and make some food and chill as there was a separate dining area to the bedrooms/living room. All the beds were comfortable for us as we prefer firm and the linen was lovely. It is up high but there was a lift and only really one staircase down to access it so it was easy enough for us. The location was great - round the corner from the metro and bus stops. Lovely little cafe bar & boulangerie right next door Great for Accor Arena in Bercy - just a walk over the bridge. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Merci!

As Hong Kong tourists with no French skills, we were lucky to meet Nico, a great host! The house was clean, fully equipped, and he prepared all we needed for our 7-day stay. On our arrival - my wife's birthday - Nico surprised her with flowers and cake. He even helped with our Seine River dinner cruise by contacting his boat crew friends. Such warmth touched our hearts deeply. His timely care and cheerful chats were like sunshine in Paris winter. Quick to help and smooth in talks, he made our stay worry-free. The house sits in a prime spot with good transport links. Nico treats guests like old friends. Meeting him improved our view of both Paris and French people - he should be a tourism ambassador! Perfect for all Paris visitors, especially families. Thanks Nico for a perfect Paris stay!

It was a great base during the Olympic Games. Everything is at hand in the apartment. It is clean and cozy. There is a spacious balcony and the blackout is good.

In addition to the listing being as described in the listing, Amandio and his wife were exceptional with us. They helped us with everything during our stay. If it weren't for them, our trip would have been compromised because of the strike in Paris. My family and I are so grateful for everything.

A really good stay here during Olympics. Quiet surroundings with a short connection to the centre of Paris. Claire was really communicative and quickly helpful with minor questions we had.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

A studio located in a secure courtyard, which is very nice. There's free parking on the surrounding streets. There is correct wifi. The studio is fully equipped, nothing missing. I had a perfect week of work there, was able to rest from my days and attack the next ones in shape. I highly recommend this place. Thanks to Caroline & her husband.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Very nice apartment in the heart of Saint Maur, close to shops and the RER. Parking on the street is easy to dry. Sebastien is a very friendly character who made me laugh at times. I'll go back there, and I'll go back

Our stay at Kevin's was just amazing! Check-in was extremely easy, with very good instructions. The apartment is ideal – nestled in a quiet area but only a few minutes walk from the metro. It was the perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The space was spotless and tastefully decorated, with special attention to the details in every room. The bed was ok, the kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare our meals, and the living room was a cozy space to relax after a day of exploring. There is a fan that is super helpful with the heat. I highly recommend it!

This was the perfect spot. Within walking distance from all of the major Parisian attractions, but far enough away to be outside of the thick of the tourism. It was right in the river, right next to the metro, and with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was also a cute clean and private spot. A perfect apartment to spend a week in Paris.

i had a pleasant stay in Malika's apartment! The location was perfect, close to public transport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The place is very quiet with beautiful views of the Seine. In addition, Malika was very welcoming and available for any question. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great location and view of Eiffel Tower. Other people said was loud because of all the traffic on the street. That is only if you have the windows open. With the windows closed it was quiet didn’t disturb my sleep. Would definitely stay again. Can’t beat the view of Eiffel Tower.
