The studio, 300m from town and the beach, is attached to the main house but is completely private with your own entrance and courtyard. The Studio has 1 queen bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 kitchenette and 1 lounge room/consulting space. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI and TV. The private courtyard, with its own outdoor setting is perfect to store bikes and surfboards. There is shady off street parking and the front door key is accessed from a lock box at the studio entrance.

Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN You have your own private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

Welcome to The Studio with its amazing ocean views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel/restaurant, general store and Lagoon café. The Studio offers luxury fittings, king-sized bed, comfortable window seats, air conditioning, wifi and its own balcony. There are 22 steps, with hand rails, down to The Studio. It has Development Approval (DA20/0643) from the City of Busselton. Sorry but The Studio is not suitable for pets, children or Leavers.
