Charming seaside (2 km)house with nature around the knots and lake view and swimming area in beautiful spring lake some 100 meters away. Lillsjön is a 120 sqm house with three bedrooms, large living room, large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and large dining area with room for 10 around the table. The house has two decorated guest houses on the farm with sleeping areas, a large porch overlooking a lake, a horse garden as well as with sun throughout the day and evening. Newly built guest house (2020) of about 30 sqm in central Öregrund, with sea view. Only 70 m to swimming. Loft with double bed and sofa bed with two beds. Full kitchen, shower and WC. Öregrund is a charming town on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north is the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door. During the summer months there is a jetty with a swimming ladder into the water as well as a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
