I will show you where I buy all the fresh ingredients for the Paella, and we will walk through the fabulous market, my favorite place in Barcelona, so that you can see in detail how one of the most iconic markets in Europe lives. Go off to explore the lovely medieval village of Saint-Emilion, listed as World Heritage Site by Unesco, and visit two wineries (a top winery classified Grand Cru Classé and a family-run estate Grand Cru) during a 5 hours guided tour with me, a fun & knowledgeable local guide speaking English. First, we will start our trip in Chefchaoun walking through the historic blue houses by foot. Our trip starts from Chefchaoun to Akshour. Here we have a number of options to get to the national park area of Akshour, roughly 15km away. Option 1- We can take a local shared taxi which you pay individually per seat in the taxi. This costs roughly 25 dirham. Option 2- For any adventurous and thrill seeking people we can hire quad bikes from Chefchaoun and ride the quads through the moutains having oppoutunites to stop and take incredible pictures along the route. Option 3- If you have your own car then you are more than welcome to use this and we can travel freely together through the mountains stopping where you please for pictures and views along the way. When we arrive to Akshour we will have the option of visitng the waterfalls, Bridge of god, and have the oppourtunity to relax and take in the spectactular views. The tour will finish in one of the most emblematic spaces of Valencia: the Arab wall, a site of great historical importance dating back to the 11th Century and the reign of El Cid. Here, enjoy an exclusive and intimate dining venue - a Moorish cave and secluded outdoor patio - where we prepare a menu of local tapas and traditional paella, showcasing the best of local produce. This menu is complemented by a comprehensive wine-tasting, with prizewinning wines sourced from the Valencian region. With each course, we share what makes the ingredients so special to the Valencian community. We can cater for all specific dietary requirements. Nos encontraremos en el mercado de Ruzafa (en la puerta exterior de la parte marrón) a dos minuto de LaLlarga. Entre sus puestos repletos de productos frescos y gente aprenderemos juntos a Ramon, guia oficial del ayuntamiento, como comprar los mejores productos para nuestra paella. LaLlarga està en apena 3 minutos andando en un paseo agradable por las calles del barrio mas bohemio de Valencia. El local era un antigua carniceria convertida en uno de los locales mas emblematicos del barrio, presente en Lonely Planet, Guia AD , tripadvisor y en muchas publicaciones mas, LaLlarga serà para las horas de nuestra clase un lugar estraordinario donde estar juntos. En el antiguo banco original de marmol prepararemos los entrentas, el la barra bar y el cepo de madera probaremos el agua de Valencia, que haremos con naranjas frescas y unos vinos locales. En el medio del local nos dedicaremos a ella, la indiscutible reina de la gastronomia Valenciana: la Paella! Sin estress y de forma facil e intuitiba iremos aprendendo como cortar los ingrediente, en que orden ponerlos y como dosificar todo bien para que se cumpla la magia. Una vez lista la comeremos juntos y nos conoceremos aun mas!

My goal is that at the end of the tour you will not only see some of the most beautiful and meaningful sites and also less well known great spots, but also understand their deep meaning and how modern Madrid is the result of a series of unexpected events, conquests, successes, catastrophes and contradictions that create a unique urbanism, heritage and culture with great impact in Western culture.
