A pretty house by the sea (a place where the seaside sunrise and sunset are always together)

It is a pretty house by the sea, an ocean front, and a nice sunrise and sunset. It is a private accommodation 5 minutes away from the sea, and it is an excellent place to spend time with your family. There is a separate bedroom on the first floor so that there is no inconvenience for more than two families. In the sea in front of the accommodation, you can enjoy marine sports such as windsurfing and fishing. You can enjoy meals and barbecue (available in winter) in the folding door area on the first floor. There is a hole-in-the-wall beach with a forest of solstice trees within a 5-10 minute walk. The annex is used by the host and the space is completely separate from the entrance. Just take a break. Check in at 3pm Check-out 11am prepared Duvet. Towel. Shampoo. Conditioner.Body cleanser. Toothpaste. Toothbrush. Soap.Hair dryer. One bottle of 2 liters of mineral water can be cooked. (There are cups, tableware, wine glasses, etc.) There is a simple breakfast bread and coffee. In February 2022, we added a new jacuzzi to our existing hanok. We have prepared an open-air bath so that you can feel the mood, and we have added a hot water retainer so that you can use the bath even in the middle of winter without getting cold. The exterior looks like the old country house, but it is configured so that you do not feel any major inconvenience inside. It's a space that only one team of booked guests can use, so it would be nice if you could take a break and come back. Nearby, Songhyeon Bulgogi starring King Samdaecheon is 3 minutes away by car, and 5 minutes away by car. There is a downtown and a bear market, so there will be no major inconvenience when eating or shopping. This is a place where me and the kids are together. Because of this, please do not smoke outside of our accommodation.

＜ Neighborhood Walk ＞ is a cultural space that has been remodeled into a two-story single-family house. The first floor was opened in 2019 as an independent bookstore that mainly deals with literature and humanities. The second floor stay space is a space where Yoonjak, a bookkeeper on the first floor, used to live while working. Guests have private access to the entire 2nd floor. (For reference, the bookstore on the first floor is currently closed in 2024 for health reasons, and it is used as a workshop for Yoonjak.)
