Very convenient and centrally located for area travels to Carencro, Arnaudville, Sunset, Opelousas, Breaux Bridge, & Scott. Guests will be very comfortable staying in our newly updated hidden gem! You will enjoy the quiet and peaceful backyard while sitting on a large wooden swing under a beautiful huge live oak tree.

La Solange Honeymoon Cottage, romantic, business

La Solange cottage is on its own private lot. We are close to the airport, churches, shopping, and right off of I-10 and I-49, making it easy to get to wherever you want to be within minutes. Traveling without a vehicle is no issue, Uber is available. The front of our cottage faces Gloria Switch Road, while our back semi- secluded porch faces a wooded area. WiFi is available. We have a Jacuzzi, no shower, king-size bed, 55" Smart TV, kitchenette, sitting area, and a semi-secluded balcony.

We are within a 15 mile radius to downtown Lafayette, Cajun restaurants, local and antique shops, and scenic bayous. Great location for Mardi Gras or festival goers or just a relaxing getaway. Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.
