This unique house located right on the Pilgrim's way guarantees a restful stay in the beautiful Surrey Hills area. The guest accommodation at the ground floor is very modern, spacious and with it's own entry. The house has some of the latest environmental kit: There is a Ground Source Heat Pump which provides heating for the under floor system and the hot water. It is connected to a pipe which goes 100 metres under the house and back,we also collect rain water which is used to flush the toilets.

Mill Cottage is a bijou fully equipped detached cottage with private front and back gardens designed for outdoor relaxation with free parking. There is also a Japanese soaking bath and an outside shower for relaxation. A short walk will lead you to the main High Street of Wallingford where there are shops, restaurants and bars. Oxford and Bicester are approx 30 mins away and 250 metres from The Thames path to the nearby town of Benson and Cholsey. We are close the the Agatha Christie trail.
