NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Our cozy apartment is located 5 minutes by car from Lake Chiemsee. 10 minutes walk from Edeka and train station. It is located in the heart of Übersee, a popular place to travel, whether in summer for swimming, hiking or skiing in winter. There are great restaurants and food trucks in this place. The apartment includes a sofa bed so that up to 4 people can sleep there. Likewise, she has a large covered balcony where you can relax because you can enjoy beautiful mountain views.
