Very nice apartment with terrace+2 wheels+trailer

Completely new, cozy 2 room apartment in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, WiFi, Wama&Dryer as well as south-facing terrace and 2 wheels with children's trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular and with very nice shops packed Warendorfer street. The favourite nightlife area in the south city and the port are also easy to reach.

"Sweet Home" in an attractive location

In our small "Sweet Home" there is a bedroom with TV, WLAN, armchair and a shelf (clothes storage).From here you can walk to the separate shower.
