Our house is a four bedroom older kiwi style house with a comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Our house is on lower Shakespeare Street, an easy walk to downtown. Lots of off-street parking for larger vehicles or multiple vehicles. The road is very busy therefore road noise can be heard. Great for work groups, friend groups, sports groups or families. Central to Hobbitton, Waitomo Caves, Hamilton Gardens, Lake Karapiro.
